Though she would eventually become probate judge in fact this lady who turned herself in was impersonating one when she and three or four others removed stuff from the deadman's estate before the rightfull heir could showed up . If this case end up right, the elder abuse case in the extreme, a man who is dead being ripped off & his worst nightmare occurring toward his dependent wife by this conscienceless, vile woman, whoever ends up handling the case should throw the book at her. Between the two, she'll likely be behind bars for as long as they can keep her there. I doubt she'll be getting much sympathy from anyone either. Now this is what we need to see in DC as well.
