Thats the same thing I was thinking myself lol. While his guide on BLM is solid it was the hotbar I was looking for. Sadly I cannot use his variation as I am too used to the full rotation on the first bar.

The best way to use a controller, is not to use one and use a keyboard instead. Just joking of course. Play with whatever you are comfortable. :D
