Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix. It is a sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake, and the second in a planned trilogy of games remaking the 1997 PlayStation title Final Fantasy VII.
Set in the dystopian cyberpunk metropolis of Midgar, players control the mercenary Cloud Strife. He joins AVALANCHE, an eco-terrorist group trying to stop the powerful megacorporation Shinra from using the planet's life essence as an energy source. The gameplay combines real-time action with role-playing elements.

Play Crisis core which is the Prequel to 7, the remaster came out last year, it will help with understanding everything

As you see all from the latest trailer Final Fantasy 7 remake game ( second part rebirth ) is WAY WAY Cooler and better than final fantasy 16. Any person who thinks that Final Fantasy 16 was epic is simplistic. Final Fantasy 7 REBIRTH is epic, and will be epic. As you can see even the mountain climbing chocobos are in it. ( like in the original game ) The graphics, the places, the fights, the STORy ....all that way cooler than ff 16. I actually regret that i spend money on ff 16 a stiff game with only ANIME cutscenes that's it. No depth at all, just pretty graphics. But omg i cant wait to get ff7 rebirth on my PS5... oommmgggg

Play Rebirth on February. Don't have to play the spinoff games. Avoid all spoilers for ff7. Go in blind. You'll be surprised.

Hello. I'm just here to make a suggestion. Its still important to play OG FF7. The game was made on purpose for ff7 fans and new ones. You can't understand some "weird" moments if didn't. In a way its aaalmost a sequel .

Wow it all looks amazing. Don't worry if you don't get all the references. As a completly blind player you might have the best experience of all. Looks like there might be more dance moves to be done. You're going to nail that for sure 😄. I'm currently playing 10 myself but I'm way behind you so I'll have to catch up with those videos as I go. Rebirth seems massive, there is a lot of content in there, something is telling me it'll end right after that one moment considering the locations we already know will be included.

This game is going to be phenomenal. But on the flip side, there really aren't that many games that will come out next year that I actually want to play, besides Rebirth, which makes me kinda sad. There's Tekken 8, FF7 Rebirth, and maybe Black Myth Wu Kong (tentative). I'm sure I'll be playing FF7 Rebirth for months, trying to platinum it. So that will buy me some time before I eventually get to a lull in my gaming assuming no new game will be released or announced by that time that would actually interest me.

In case u didn't know Jade Odin is there and u fight him as Boss fight. Also there is another summon called Alexander and it's a giant living machine fortress which does holy damage I believe.

I recommend you play the original FF7, because FF7 Remake is actually the SEQUEL to the original. This is something that people figure out after finishing FF7 Remake.

I've always wondered how Tifa survived. It never made sense. Glad they're putting a spin on it.

They explained how she survived in the original game. She barely survived and her tutor, Zangan (the other guy trying to save people in burning Nibelheim) follows Cloud to the reactor and finds her. There's even a letter from him addressed to Tifa recounting how she barely survived the journey and only doctors in Midgar healed her.

@RicochetForce yes I get that. But that scene always to me thought she died. If they can put a twist to that scene. Trailer does throw that wrench saying she actually did die and she knows it. So who is she really. Lol just as excited as everyone else.

@@ambustus1 Nah, that's just Sephiroth being ignorant. He slashed her, grabbed Jenova's head and walked past her on the way out. From his perspective that 15/16 year old was dead after he slashed her. He had no idea what happened next because his ass got tossed into the reactor. Cloud obviously sets her to one side, but her master Zangan comes in and is the one that keeps her alive until he can get doctors in Midgar to properly heal her. But from Sephiroth's perspective Tifa is the best person to sow doubts about in Cloud's mind. She's the only one left who actually know what happened in the town and reactor. The only one that can unravel Cloud's broken recollection of that time.
