+Graydon “Sapphire King 2” Adams Hmm...it's been a journey. I remember when I first bought my keyboard, I was afraid to hit more than two keys because it almost never sounded aesthetically pleasing. I had my keyboard for about 20 days never playing it but started learning a bit of music theory online. Eventually, I started learning scales (just the majors) and mapped out notes to practice. Within a month, I went from not wanting to play two notes in a row to being able to play 7 notes in a row (ascending) and sometimes 16 in a row (descending) extremely slowly...but it sounded pleasant! I finally got the courage to seek out a teacher...bought some books...and she's helped me inch through the Alfred's adult series and a few other ones she recommended (etudes, fjh scales, parallel works). I'm about 20 pages from finishing the 1st series of Alfred's but I'm more excited about the fact that I can sit down at a piano and not be scared! Specifically, I'm working on "O Sole Mio" and "Jericho". They aren't technically difficult...just require a bit of time learning and help with counting and sight reading as well as working on dynamics and stuff. As a guy who never really touched musical instruments...I have a lot more respect for the ones that do now that I've given it a go! :) The piano journey is a long and hard...and I've barely touched the surface...but with more time (1, 2, 3-10 year, to infinity and beyond), I expect I'll only come to find more joy the longer I play. Do you play?

Usually airs around Christmas times here in Norway with other Disney-clips, but so hard to find the Opening theme or the credit/ending-song.
