For a minute I'd forgotten how deep dungeon fights work. Same as any other battle, kill everything and its over. Although, with move find item you can locate items and a switch to the next level before finishing everything off. Also its cool how each crystal on the ground lights up the level. LMAO the Goatman, taking his own life when you have one more hit to get level 99.

It was a great place for me to grind and level up lol. Because that one part about the SSCC where you can get level 99 at the Underground library is honestly a very outdated rule and honestly not a great one. It is and lol

He honestly is. In terms of the actual storyline and lore the guy is a beast. He defeats the Lucavi and prominent Knights.

I have my main save file with all my characters and I have all the special battles done. So I rather not spend time with this solo save file. Everything I upload I get done weeks in advance or I mess around with the schedule for when they upload.

4:39:00 Excalibur (auto-haste) makes you immune to slow, right? 4:39:15 diamond bracelet not required, right? Btw: ultima is terribly weak to (%) damage --> demi Grats on completion! 👍

No it doesn't make you immune to slow unfortunately. Thanks and I'm aware I made several guide videos and mention it in quite a few videos. Dark Knight doesn't have Drain so its not really a percentage. TY

Yeah it is unless you can get enemies to turn into crystals then it will brighten up

2:04:58 Zalbaag has such cool abilities and a equally awesome sprite… If ever there was a character I thought worth cheating to make a party member 😂 But alas.. Also… Never liked how they killed him off… Felt it made him look unfairly weak.. He falls so easily but it’s a actual fight to kill Ramza?? Zalbaag has/ had spent good time charging battle fields- he’s *at worst* Ramza’s equal imo Hmm… Starting to think in solo runs… If only there was a trick to drop Ramza’s Faith.. Feel with these melee jobs, might make the run easier to have next to nothing faith in the long view… 2:20:55 OMG you get a Guest panther on your side in one of these rare encounters? So cool, battles with an unexpected ally Guest! Though.. While the Yellow Chocobo is an annoying enemy with ‘Choco cure’, still, an unexciting ‘guest’ to me… You already got that one early character two as a set encounter… Don’t need one’s in random’s… But a random with a red or black choco guest would always be welcome 😅 2:31:30 dude, *paying* attention is for rich people 🤣 (I love a good corny joke- the only type I happen to think up lol) 🤪

First off, I want to say thank you for watching so much of this video lol and ofc leaving comments. I agree here. He deserved a lot better in all areas that you mentioned. His nick name is "The Savior of Ivalice." Based on his canon and lore he is up there in terms of fighters and ability to lead soldiers too. (Pushed out the Southern Sky out of Lesalia and IMO would have taken Fort Besselat if it wasn't for Barich spreading the poison.) Yeah his Faith stat can be a huge issue especially vs magic. It is a huge liability. But I believe in SSCC rules only the Orator/Mediator is allowed to do it but I'm all for creative liberties and not into completely Kaizo challenges. lol I love those guest battles personally lol. I have a playlist full of some of the most unique, cool and rare encounters in this game. But yeah a few more guests would be great in random battles. Lol I make some corny jokes in my videos but I'm glad the vast majority of people watching seem to like them. Again thanks for watching such a long video.

this ^^^^^ I just included the grinding in just in case people wanted to see the process and I wanted to make it feel legit since all the other SSCCs on KZbin don't show their grinding lol. But people can feel free to skip around the entire video if they want. It is five hours lol.

@@J7Jase Yeah.. I feel their videos are a bit too short because they focus the main stuff.. wish they’d either release 2 videos, one with the grind (entire play through- only skipping loses/ wipes, if anything) & one without it. Or post the whole thing and time stamp the main battles/ events.. But will never happen… Just what I’d like to see out of them.

@@williambrown5934 Yeah I agree. It gives the vibe that they are invincible or completely running right through everything. But its really not the case. It requires a lot of luck too.

In this game, given there is that class with speech craft that has this ability to turn a non-boss “traitor” and the number of boss fights with these various non boss underlings… Be interesting if someone added to their challenge run to have to turn “traitor” (& not allowed to kill) all viable units in boss fights- or in all story fights 😂 (but of course not having to keep/ take turned units) Besides turning enemies on each other is fun!! And probably used next to never by people/ players use it ever…

@@J7Jase Umm huh? Who’d expect you to not have a life for the sake of a mere game (challenge)? And would never expect it to be live stream, particularly as I see and understand these challenge run require a lot of rng often. But feel it would be not as tricky a challenge to complete in your “challenge gaming time”, if you did it, being whatever times are are or do invest in this stuff; as life has a lot of responsibilities to handle and games should and do always take a back seat to life. But if you never do any such run, it’s whatever.. It’s just a thought/ idea I had out of the blue watching. Felt the impulse to share, mostly, is all it is. Though wasn’t and still not expecting you or anyone is going to do such a thing. A unique game mechanic and what I consider fun- and helpful! Once in chapter 2 (working on a DK Ramza but got bored of what was a long grind for it, so finished ch.1 before I got there & never end up getting there til about mid 60s…😅) I came across a battle with like 1 or 2 (don’t remember what the number was) Knights with some REAL good equipment like the Rune Blade! One item that I never forgot about. Anyhow, great time for turning enemy units as getting a item or the desired item after killing a unit is rng, but turning them- providing they don’t somehow die anyhow lol, you get all their goods ( *as you already know* ) and it’s AWESOME! Speech Craft is a good friend lol. Course that was in my first or second ever run… When I had a PSP with the game- and it’s multiplayer material
