Just had one question, does retraining a unit who has already done a bunch of deleveling with a mindflayer as bard then re leveled as mime- cause the unit to lose the extra stats gained from exploiting the deleveling bug. Its a big concern atm as ive already deleveled my units twice

Unfortunately no. Retraining reset a unit stats to base stats losing all previous benefits from delevelling or transmigrating.

It generates a brand new unit as your unit's current job at the Retraining level and then copies their stats onto your unit. So yes, you'd lose the higher starting stats gained from deleveling. A high level Mime is already quite powerful - if you want to achieve truly broken status, you've got to go the extra mile and do it the old-fashioned way.

Do you know if this already incorporates the QoL patch or are they compatible at least?

It already has most stuff from QoL patch already added, while some stuff has been adjusted to fit the mod. Check the mod page changelog for more details.

No. This bug has only been fixed on this mod (ReMixed).

This is a mod for the original PSX release. There are no speed related issues on that version.
