Don't you have problems with stuttering? i have a 3060 and a ryzen 9 3900x and my biggest issue is loading of textures, sometimes i see the things extremely low our invisible!!

Yes i have some stuttering too in openworld,for textures problem did you try set background model detail to ultra?
