its been confirmed by Hamaguchi that once you finish the game and you have access to chapter select you can customize your outfits + you can take cloud out of the party and have your own party set ups and go through the game as other characters. + yes there is one more part after this Cid and Vincent will be playable in the last part its going to be a trilogy.

Remake covered first part of Disk 1, Rebirth is covering rest of Disk 1, third game will cover Disk 2-3 (Disk 3 being just the final area/battle/ending so it doesn't much count as a 'full' story). Cid and Vincent will only even be met right nearing the end of Rebirth's narrative, like around Chapter 11-12 of 14 (aka just before Point of No Return), so they're only being met intermittently (Vincent?), or they're just your vehicle pilot (Cid?), or combat guest. But they should be playable in the third game. This was done similarly in Remake when Red XIII was met in Chapter 17 of 18, so he was just included as a map and combat guest for a few bits as a carryalong.

I'm glad it's two disks at least that way we won't have to wait for the third one to come out. But I can't wait to see the weapons Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Ultima weapon. This gonna be insane. Awesome reaction fellas

Huh? The third one is coming out in a few years. They're not done. Remake covered first part of OG Disk 1, Rebirth will cover rest of Disk 1 (as they said in the video), third game will cover Disk 2-3. The story's only going to Forgotten City/City of the Ancients, not Northern Crater material. You won't have the Highwind yet, etc. No Weapons battles unless they have like one small exception, but they will be introduced. Rebirth and the third game will have 2 disks each = 5 disks for all three games.

I’m also excited to play dragons dogma 2 but there’s no way it should beat rebirth as game of the year. Story and characters alone should carry rebirth across the finish line.

As far as graphics mode. Both will be good but i think most will enjoy performance mode a bit better.

If you have a 4k display, use Graphics Mode. Performance Mode is for budget-gamers

Next game will probably be in 2027, 2028 latest, certainly as a PS5 game, but potentially either crossgen initially, or along with re-release/upgrade of the previous two games for PS6. Not doing expansions dude, they'll do a third full game. It'll have bigger ideas than Rebirth will support. Yes, theoretically they could do it - even by ways of revealing more map for example - but they likely intend to raise the stakes and scale for one last game instead.

Hay guys. Remake came out in 2020. It only took 4 years to get rebirth. So it will probably take another 4 or since the world is pretty much built already if we’re lucky it might only take 3.

Long as they don’t add too much more obviously make Cid and Vincent playable and their mechanics, but the world is pretty much done and they have solid really good mechanics.

@@aliciafraser1835 NO i didnt know all I knew was there is a part 3 planned so thank you for the heads up so thats right after they get the black materia and the prayer 100% had this preorded now for months and been waiting with hype and anticipation for it I am so hoping they do a remake of 6 once we get a full 7 done. I am just overwhealmed with how much mini games the open world they showed and even a basic romance meter we can knid of more easy to see and understand the OG was based of so many choices and not really up front this one looks like you are going to get more time with all the cast then you did in the OG as well and build stonger bonds too everythig I needed. so cheers to having to wait like a worried pacing mother at night for a kid that been out past curfiew.
