Thanks for this amazing, beautiful arrangement! It sounds professional, like it could be a straight rip from the official trailer. Huh, I just realized that the Sephiroth Smash reveal trailer actually doesn't run in 60 fps. There's a slight but noticeable difference, but it's still gorgeous to look at. Meanwhile, the in-game footage of Cloud using Omnislash is indeed at 60 fps.

Usually, movie animations that aren't supposed to be played as a game are run at lower framerates. Generally, the human eye doesn't care too much about framerates, as long as it hits 24 FPS. Video games are an exception, because we have to react to and interact with them, but movies are usually fine. This is especially important when it's animation rather than live action, because it reduces the workload significantly for the animators. If you double the framerate of the animation, you also double the workload of the animators as well, and oftentimes this is just not a significant enough jump in quality to be worth the extra work and money spent. Hope this makes sense!
