You won't want to do this with a guest character, they'll take a fourth of your exp erned. Kill off the guest character before you start if you have any and the process will be 25% more effective.

FuzzfingerGaming Yeah just make sure you don't have any gambits for reviving "ally any" but instead make gambits for just specificlly the main characters. All except the guest and you'll be fine.

If your time mage has the Siphon spell, that's a bit more efficient than using Charge. Siphon will give you a lot more MP than Charge, plus Charge has a chance to set your MP to zero.

When you're around level 30+, a great place to level up is the Feywood. About 20 Mirrorknights spawn in the area right next to the blue save crystal (before the Rafflesia boss fight) and I got a chain of about 120+ within 45 mins to an hour. As long as you don't touch the save crystal you can keep going back in and chaining them and they drop suits of mirror mail and pinion slicers which you can sell for huge amounts of gil. I got over 300k gil just from farming them for 45 mins.

I leveled up Larsa, a bit here, while stealing X potions. I took all but the one necessary party member out to do it. It's a shame that using fireflies doesn't boost exp for those not wearing them.

Tried this very late in the game (after Pharos, levels at late 60s). My armor was so high that the monsters did zero damage and with three ribbons equipped you don’t need to worry about status ailments. Disabled all attack gambits. Didn’t have the “furthest enemy” gambit for steal so I went with “party leaders target” and it worked just fine. A problem I ran into was eventually not needing to level up characters that could steal. Rather than keep a character in the party with steal who had already hit 99, i went with “expose” with the same “party leader target” gambit. Worked like a charm. Even with 4x speed tho, this is taking a couple of days. Balthier went from 75 to 99 in around 16 hours. I’m on day three of leveling up with my last two being Basch at 91 and Ashe at 86. I’m estimating 6-8 more hours until all done. Edit: hey fuzz, thanks for this walkthrough. Absolutely awesome. Viking coats are good here... And with the Etherian farm ( 11 LP and eight fluted pole hype.). It respawns 100% if you zone one area away, and then back. The enemies will never respawn, and he'll come back, well, 100% of the time. He spawns between the 2 windmills furthest to the right. If you're at base level, be ready for a slobber knocker.

Remember everyone, that in order for this to work, your classes need to involve White Mage, Red Battlemage, Time Battlemage, Black Mage to have Charge. So your best bet I think would be to give everyone White/Time Mage.

I saw this video and implemented it. It worked well for the most part, but since I like to be cautious, I made a few tweaks to it. I have Penelo as White Mage / Time Battlemage, Ashe as Black Mage / Red Battlemage, and Fran as Monk / Ranger in my setup. I have all of the Gambits listed in the video, but I added a couple of "insurance policies" just in case things go wrong. So far it has been working beautifully. 1. Add a Gambit for Ashe. Any Ally = Protect. It will help mitigate damage dealt from the slimes. 2. Add an extra Gambit for Penelo. Any Ally

I started doing this when my characters are between levels 23-26. I had to sit and watch over just in case one of the party dies. I would say a more comfortable setup is when your characters are above level 28 w/ at least 2500 HP. Also, on point #3, you don't need to equip your character with a weapon. The core idea of this method is a healer (Cura), a stone caster (Break), and a thief (Steal). Weapons are not needed.

An alternative to Steal is Sight Unseeing. Since they'll never be blind it'll just do zero damage.

I tried this a few times.. on the first time i went to lunch one day and went up like 10 levels in about 30 mins. then i wanted to play so i left and went to play some story missions and side quests then i tried this again but for some reason the enemies seem to be far stronger now than what they were. im level 50 now and use me fran and ashe as my healer and some how i last like 5 mins max and thats pushing it. ill go to lunch and come back and my team of ashe vaan and fran are dead and went up like 1-2 levels max.. and this has happened multiple times now and i have maxed out all of my job class other then a few of hte hard abilities i cant get yet and got like 4-6k HP and they still do so much damage

You can use the double exp accesory or even the cat accessory and build up a tonne of gil. Just best to use mirror mail in those cases to reflect poison and unequip weapons to prevent confuse damage.

Are you definitely using the Furthest Foe - Steal gambit on your other chars? That should definitely move you around.

poisen is your least amount of problems doing this trick whats annoying is confuse so you can buy an item that prevents confusion or unequip everyones weapons so they do 0

Just came to say this didn't work for me. At all. I set everything up like in the video, but the slimes never respawned. They do not infinitely respawn with break, there is a limit sadly.

You want to set your gambits to the following: Time Mage Foe: furthest - Break Foe nearest - Break Self MP 10 or 30% < Charge Ally HP < 50% - Cura - - - -Opitional but you might need to heal a little 2nd Member Foe furthest - Steal or Attack Foe nearest - Steal or Attack Ally - Heal if you don't want the Time Mage to do it 3 Member Same as the 2nd The two other members need to do move around so new Jellies drop so have them set to Steal or attack, but they shouldn't be dealing damage so Unarm every one and put shields on if they have the license to have them. You need the Mirror Mail or something to counteract the poison. I'm currently doing the Jelly method so I can go to bed and hopefully my PS4 won't error on me, but I've been going for about 3 to 4 hours and the leveling is very slow and the gil went from 400,000 to about 1.5 mil

I reset all the licence boards and copied EXACTLY your characters status and Gambits... after a few seconds, all of them died. They’re all on level 40.... Not sure what I am doing wrong:( Still love your videos:) ( watched a few of them)
