Rochelle reminds me of that German guy who appeared out of nowhere and saved our party. we didn't have a healer nor a tank (he was neither) but he got there. looked at us. @@Terestrasz Um... Actually that's rather inaccurate. Heavensward by time we return to Ul'dah, Merlwyb and Kan-E-Senna had it so word about it was silenced because there would be huge backlash and there was no evidence. Stormblood it was more of Lyse following along with us, complaining, whining, and doing nothing. And yet she took the whole credit because the 'leadership' was handed over to her while Raubahn did most of the fighting during the war and the Warrior of Light took down Shinryu and Zenos. Shadowbringers... Ryne (Or the 'new Minfillia') was much more useful than the original Minfillia. Heck, Ryne pretty much learned how to fight while Minfillia learned only on how to mine and got kidnapped multiple times before Hydaelyn took her. Also the trust system is actually pretty good and gives a bit more lore then you would get from going in with other players.

Fun fact: The class descriptions don't *actually* tell you what role your class is! Which makes "Conjurer" the least helpful name for a healer class!

in 1.0 the conjurer was not a healing class it was an elemental caster, the lore being you tapped into the power of the elementals. Thaumaturge was more of a necromancer has it had dark skills a raise etc. classes were just templates to build ur own job with till yoshida took over.
