All of Ardyn's themes that we've gotten so far and because I just wanted a video that had them all together.
He's honestly one of my favorite villains.

I like ardyn as a villain like sephiroth, you know he is the final boss but you never expect the relations with the protagonist

I love all of them but not a single one is like the first one, his true theme. It's so mischievous in a dark and twisted way. Like I know who you are but you don't know me. I mean come on look at him, behind that nice smile is the devil himself. The other themes play when you already know his true intentions. Yoko Shimomura is an effing genius

@@noctisluciscilem386 not that simple, I'm afraid: in order to fix the Scourge, Astrals needed a vessel heavily infected to compare with clean cells. Like modern version of alchemy. Ardyn healed all the victims of Starscourge by transfering their disease to himself - Crystal detects it, rejects Ardyn; ending of Ardyn's episode heavily implies his brother was forced by Bahamut the same way he tortured Ardyn. The whole thing could be so much better if Astrals found a willing sacrifice. When FFXV just came out, there were speculations that Ardyn might be an offspring of an alliance of Bahamut and mortal woman hence the hatred

My name is Ardyn Izunia. I'm 2033 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Eos, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as the chancellor for the Niflheim Empire, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

Before You read: ffxv is my First Final Fantasy so i can't compare Ardyn to Others villains Like sephiroth or Others. And i am German so i Player in German and i am talking about the German edition. Ardyn is my favourite Videogame villain i don't think anyons ever gave me a Feeling of beeing purely scared. Yes i was scared He has such a nice trustable voice but that scared me as He revealed himself as Ardyn Lucis Caelum i only sat there and was scared. I Hope You understand what i mean. The sad part is how he is being forced to be a villain, all the betrayals were ordered by bahamut, in the true good ending which was going to be in a novel bahamut is the final boss. This would be episode noctis and lunafreya, luna became the queen of darkness going against the god/summons I think and noctis chooses to not sacrifice himself instead team up with ardyn to defy fate, so the three of them go against bahamut and beat his ass. With this done noctis names ardyn the true first king, ardyn finally dies, Noctis and Luna had children who look like them, the names are unknow.

This piece began as '007 James Bond's theme', evolved into 'FF7 Forested Temple', which became 'FF8 Succession of witches' This is it's ultimate form

Even though Yoko Shimomura composed Ardyn's theme, it actually sounds along the lines of the old Uematsu-composed FF villain themes, and not very much like a typical Shimomura track. The first Ardyn theme this at least somewhat makes sense in that she co-composed it with Yoshitaka Suzuki, though the others she did on her own.

The first one has always been my favorite version of the song. It has such a unique vibe about it---a little mischievous and mysterious. I hear it and think, "Well this is kind of a creepy vibe," but never suspect the hidden malice underneath.

I feel so sorry for this game, square could have done much more for this game if they would have given more time, story feels so half baked, world building is not properly done which is the main aspect of every final fantasy, otherwise it's world is vast enough to have a trilogy of it's own
