The depth of the stamping foundation is to allow those high walls to transfer load from the machines onto a wide area of high strength dirt, if not natural ground.

Been interesting watching it progress - they still have a fair amount to knock out to have the top deck insulated and water membrane in place. The side panels, same but those will happen in a couple of days when they hit it. Nov 15, thought they might make it by Christmas week but didn't. As long as they're happy with the progress, that's what matters. Most construction in the US runs long, lots to do. Not going to see any significant volume coming out of this facility until 4Q25, it's mostly a 2026 full production timeline.

Small door. Large cables through the door and laying on the ground. 5:37. Centre lower. Rebar starters* for the chamber roof. *The bars bent horizontally. 5:45. Centre. Depth of rebar must be 4' to 5' 1.2m to 1.5m deep.

Depending on the technology of the press and the size and thickness of the rails they intend to stamp there could be a need for a tank that will hold the lubricant and coolant for the dies

I don't believe any class 8 truck frame rails are stamped by the truck OEM. Unless Tesla is making a huge departure from the rest of the industry I would imagine they are from the same company most others are I believe it's called IMAGUSA in Mexico. Great videos though thank you for making them
