Smasher, springtrap is PG, but PG is the son of william. So Foug was right. Pg and Michael (the son) are the same person. Pink guy is William Afton, pink guy was the murderer. I have proof of this because in the Fnaf 2 minigames we never saw Purple Guy kill the kids, we only saw Pink Guy kill them. The kids thought Michael Afton (Pg) was William Afton (Pink guy, the real murderer). Dawko proofed this all in his stream, and it's quite impressive, dawkos theories. Cause he did make a theory that Purple Guy was innocent, which turned out to be true, but at the time everyone was saying he's stupid and purple guy is the killer. Anyway, have a good day. :P

This might be leading up to The Movie, there's already a few teaser images of them building actual animatronics for it and one looked a bit like Springtrap. Scott is involved with the movie, probably helping with the story so this might be his way of teasing us for it. Or it could be another game, I still think this isn't FNaF 5 as it is very different compared to the previous games (and it's not called FNaF 5: Sister Location, it's just FNaF: Sister Location), but just happens in the same story, so either the next game will be FNaF 5 or another spinoff, whether something new or just be Sister Location 2. I envy Scott's ability to create such a complicated story, wish I could come up with something this engaging.

I think I figured it out. The timeline is as follows: Fredbears, then fnaf 4, fnaf 2, fnaf 1, fnaf 3 Then, between fredbears and fnaf 4, as a parallel story line, still in the same lore, sister location as its own story, but in the same overall world.

Wintersoldier AJ FNaF 2 is CLEARLY after FNaF 1. The time is 1987 in FNaF 2, phone guy doesn't mention Bite of '87, however, FNaF 1 phone guy DOES mention this. Also, if FNaF 2 is AFTER FNaF 1, explain how phone guy is alive. Another thing is that there is another location of Freddy's during FredBears. In FNaF 4, the little boy has nightmares of the FNaF 1 animatronics, but we know FNaF 4 is BEFORE FNaF 2 in the timeline. He also has plushes of the FNaF 1 characters. Just letting you know.

Ok, so... William Afton is the "pink" guy and he works on the animatronics at fazbear entertainment. He has a daughter and a son... but it might be indicated that he has two sons. FNAF 4 documents the 1983 incident, which is where an older brother teases and torments his younger brother, who's terrified of the animaronics. During the minigames, you are able to see a pink frilly room with the parts of "mangle", or as we know it properly, funtime foxy, who wasn't in production proper during 1983. Now, we know that the younger brother was put into a coma and died due to the older brother bullying him and putting his head in fredbear's mouth. The dialogue at the end of the game seemed to indicate he was remorseful. Now, the younger brother also had a stuffed fredbear, but in the private employee room of SL, we see another little fredbear with a walkie talkie. It's possible his father was talking to him through it and wanted to "put him back together". So now we have an older brother who is remorseful of being the cause of his younger brother's death. Meanwhile, William works on the SL robots and manages to one day, not be around while baby is performing. Possibly hearing news of his son dying. Meanwhile, Baby mauls and kills his daughter. Now, William has two deaths in his own family, which is outside of his lust of killing children. In his remorse, and in Mike's remorse, William asks Mike to go to the sister location and "put his sister back together". This is why he feels sympathy for baby and tries to assist her. He succeeds but only iin the most twisted way and "he should be dead", but baby told him he wouldn't die... so he didn't. Now Micheal, who is purple, has one more mission in that he is asked to destroy the original 4 animatronics to put this all to rest. So he goes there with a purple freddy costume (shadow freddy) and lures them to the secret room and destroys them one at a time... but the spirits aren't free and instead think Mike is William, the one who killed them. He is tormented by them before jumping into the Springlock suit. His laughter now was probably not malicious, but rather "See? I'm one of you! Lets be friends!" ... just before the springlocks fail. He is then lost in the back room of a Fazbear diner for 30 years, mummified, but then... He's out. He goes after the security guard, because that was the job his father had, and eventually, it leads to the place burning down. Now he's free and has one last mission to take care of: *His father.*

Just to clear up things. Springtrap is William Afton not Michael Afton Scott confirmed it. I don’t usually comment on theories or timelines, but I want to this time. This was a very satisfying, and important, episode of Game Theory. There have been some points of contention in the community lately (especially since SL custom night) that have caused members to leave, theorists to quit, and frustrated emails to be sent. Some of these issues were simple misunderstandings with the story, others were maybe just things I didn’t leave enough clues about. They became things that I felt I needed to answer with a new game, but now some of those things have been… answered(!), by MatPat! Obviously, it’s not 100%, but he really came through for this community I think, during a time when everyone needed him. I won’t go through the video point by point. But I will say this- for those of you who were really upset about the idea of “Miketrap”, or upset about the idea of Purpleguy being literally purple, or hung up on 1983 vs 1987, watch MatPat’s video, and breathe a sigh of relief. :) Like I said, it’s obviously not 100%, but he really hit this video out of the park. Scott also said Mike's robotic voice was unintentional. I'll clear this up right now for you guys. The "robotic" sound in the voice was actually an unintended side effect of me slowing down the end of the line reading (for dramatic effect). It wasn't intended to sound robotic. Unfortunately, this minor detail caused a lot of confusion. Springtrap is William and Michael is the one talking and he doesn't have a robotic voice.

I know that people think that Michael is in Springtrap, but hear me out on my theory. WHAT IF Springtrap isn't the one talking? We all think at the end that just because Springtrap shows up, that means that he was talking. I think not. Let me go into the words. "Father it's me Michael" is pretty self explanatory. "I did it. I found it. It was right where you said it would be" What if what he found is the actual "Sister Location"? "They were all there. They didn't recognize me at first but then they thought I was you..." What if he's talking about the Funtime Animatronics? They would recognize him as William because William did make them. "And I found her. I put her back together just like you asked me to." He might be talking to Baby (aka his sister or William's daughter) "She's free now" She is. She escaped inside Michael when Ennard got inside of him. "But something is wrong with me, I should be dead. But I'm not" He is talking about how Ennard left him because his body is not working. In the minigame, we see that he stood back up after Ennard left his body. I'm not sure how, but he is still alive. "I've been living in shadows". I would too if I looked like that. "Now there's only one thing left for me to do now. I'm going to come find you." This might be Michael wanting to reunite with his dead(springtrapped) Father. The reason we see Springtrap at the end is that Purple Guy's soul is still alive in it, and he survived the fire. Again, don't hate. I would be interested in hearing your guys theories too.

Why did people think Springtrap was Michael Afton? It really doesn’t make sense story wise. William was the killer. He was the one who was haunted by the ghosts at the end of fnaf 3. Michael was the son, who you play as in all of the fnaf games. In Sister Location, he gets scooped, and becomes a purple corpse, thing. But he’s not purple guy, because at this time, William is in the spring suit, after surviving fnaf 3’s Fire. This is Michael talking to his dad, leading up to Pizza Simulator. He’s trying to right William’s wrongs, and end all of these possessions and murders, by gathering the animatronics in Pizza Simulator, and burning it down.

this is how i see the story. in 4 you play as a kid purple guy, the victim of the bite of 87. 2 happens a little before this. then comes the sister location, where you play as purpleguy later in life, and the animatronic forces itself into him. he decays and becomes purple. he kills the children and enters the springtrap suit. since the animatronic is still in him he lives. fnaf 3 you play as his father. he's going to find you.

What if Mike Schmit is Michael. Think about it, Scott's big on details, so why would he give a new charecter such a similar name to an old one. What if the FNAF 3 cutscenes take place immediately after FNAF 3, and Mike, who is also Purple Guy, is just trying to free the children, but is believed to be his father, and is killed for it. He becomes Springtrap, and now is on the hunt for his dad/Enerd. So, here's my theory: Based on what I saw in this video and all of the cutscenes that I've seen, me and my brother had a talk and this is what we concluded. So this cutscenes actually tells us a lot. First of all, in the beiginning, the guy talking says father, so this leads me to believe that the guy telling us all this is Micheal Afton, purple guys son. Another thing I noticed is that he said " and I found her, and I put her back together, just like you asked" I think that he's talking about Baby because in sister location, you get a mini game with baby giving kids cupcakes and at the end of that, you give a little girl icecream and baby basically stuffed the girl into her. And im pretty sure that that little girl was either Micheals sister or daughter. Another thing, he said he shouldn't be alive. If you remember, you get a cutscene each time you beat a night in Golden Freddy mode in sister location, and purple guy spite out Enard, and he was still alive afterwards, even though he "should be dead" Also, when springtrap pops up, this is basically reffering that he's going to find springtrap, which is William Afton/ purple guy (his father) Me and my brother also talked about the fact that when you get the real ending for sister location, Enard is somehow in your house. Now, what we didn't get is, how did Enard not only follow you home without you noticing, but how did he not draw other peoples attention as well? Well I think I have the answer to that. There is another theory that sister location is underneath the fnaf 4 house. I think that's our answer to this question. Because when your in the elevator in sister location, you can't see behind you, so that leads me to believe that Enard is behind you. And in the part of the game where your watching TV and eating popcorn, Im pretty sure that your in the fnaf 4 house. Anyway, that's just a theory, but Im pretty sure I'm right. Who agrees? OMG THIS MAKES PERFECT SENSE! In FNAF 3 you play as William Afton right? Well, springtrap is the only animatronic that actually kills you in the game. So, it would tie in with what he said at the ending "I'm going to come find you." Meaning that FNAF Sister Location is before FNAF 3. And remember how springtrap leans forward at the end? Well, we always thought the purple coloured sprite was William Afton, but it's actually Michael Afton! So that means that Micheal Afton is actually springtrap! Which would make perfect sense with FNAF 3. And remember how FNAF 3 is supposedly set 30 years after FNAF 1? Well, if you haven't seen your son in about 30 or more years then you would want to see him wouldn't you? So that explains why William Afton goes back to the attraction. Right heres the finaly moteef for the game Sister location (ACT 1) children go missing as does his daughter and he wants to find out why, so he begins to work at Baby & friends funtime Palace (siste location) but in the process of doing his job and finding out the truth he gets "scopped" and Ennard takes over Mikes body but as he keeps going back he being to degrade FNAF 4 (ACT 2) Fazbear and friands opens not long after the closure of Baby & friends Funtime Palace to bring new life to animatronics and to hopefully avoid the events that occured and mike gets a job as a security guard as seen during Night 4 in the game but the child that gets killed IS NOT mikes but it reminds Ennard (yes he is inside of Mike) of the torture when it was not inside of mike; this also is not the Bite we all come to know of during the main story of the game series this is the bite of '73; which brings us to...... FNAF 2 (Act 3) with the closure of Fazbear and Friends the company decides to open a NEW attraction under a new name "Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria" which attracts lots more children because of the child like animatronics but the spare-parts room is OFF LIMITS to all 'guests' and all employees Bar the Security team, during these nights you play AS mike who in turn begins to record messages for any new night-guards that may take over but during the daytime the animatronics begin to act "off" towards parents and adults, could thi be bcause of ennards descreet arrival; Awnser? YES it is, fast forward a few nights (night 6) and they announce the CLOSURE of this branch because of how the animatronics have been acting and the fact that a certain event has forced the CEO's hand (Bite of '87) FNAF 1 (ACT 4) a few years after the OLD location closes down Freddy Fazbear opens up again but under new management but with LESS animatronics (naimly Freddy Bonnie Chica and Foxy) to limit posibilites of History repeating itself and the recordings that mike made for the new security guards are used during this timeframe and on night 5 you hear tourture and screaming which is actually the mini-games of FNAF 3 final night one where there is screaming but this is actually Golden fredbear CHASING ennard away from the office towards the Springlock suit (springtrap) which Mike in-advertantly goes into to 'hide from the spirits' as he puts it on he gets up too fast and the springlocks FAIL causing them to dig into and fuse wiht Ennard/mike causing the Birth of Springtrap FNAF 3 (FINAL ACT SO FAR) 30 Years pass and Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria is no more but during the seraching of all the rubble they find a dormant suit still within what they called "acceptable" peramiters and a new company is founded "Fazbear Fright" and they used all the old parts as the horror attraction parts from FNAF 2 onwards; now during night 2 your told that during their most recent Excavation they "Found one, a real one" this is SPRINGTRAP/MIKE/ENNARD whatever you wanna call him, and it's your job to keep him away from the office because if anything happens it's bad publicity such as a dead body or the entire facility short-circuiting; Night 6 comes along and the guard you play as has had quite enough of his job and plans to leave at the end of his shift, but before all that Springtrap has one last trick up his sleeve to try and kill not only you but erase himself; BURN DOWN THE BUILDING as you go through this night springtrap begins to cause problems with they systems on a major level but he inedvertantly caused the "Great Fazebear Fire" but heres the thing we all think Springtrap has been destroyed in the fire but what Fazbear and friends didn't realise is that these animatronice are VERY fire-proof.... FNAF 6? (ACT 6?) who knows could we see springtrap return or is the story finished there for now? we just have to wait and see

After beating a Custom Night on Very Hard mode, a cutscene plays. In the first cutscene, he looks like a normal man, wearing a purple shirt and blue pants. The people around him wave cheerfully. In the second cutscene, everything is the same just with him having a minor skin color change from tan-pink to tan. The people around him continue to wave cheerfully. In the third cutscene, his skin seems to be more of a green color. The first person he walks past has a bewildered expression on his face. The rest are normal, just waving cheerfully. In the fourth cutscene, his skin becomes a darker greenish-brown; his eyes are also now completely black. The last three people he walks by look in confusion. In the fifth cutscene, he looks much more decrepit than he did in the past cutscenes, with a strange glow in one eye. He also acts to be more senile and less cheerful than he was before. Everyone around him appear very concerned. In the sixth cutscene, his skin has turned a dull purple, now having a white glow in both of his eyes, and is now bald. There are much less people around him and one of them is hiding behind their house in fear. In the last cutscene, he is hunched over and his skin is a dark purple colour. His appearance is now very reminiscent of Purple Guy in the previous games. Everyone around him have hid behind their houses in dread. Eventually, his body has a spasm, and he regurgitates animatronic parts into the sewer. He lies on the ground, presumably dead. The player then hears Circus Baby's voice repeating "you won't die", and he then rises in an unnatural manner while animatronic eyes show up in the sewer.

Some cool ideas. *Imagine this being the first cut-scene of Scott's next potential FNaF game but without the music, right before the title screen, and when it does reach the title screen, the music plays....* OR *Scott releasing another FNaF book, with the first few lines of the book stating what Michael had said in this video, and when you turn to the next page of the book, CHAPTER ONE STARTS...*
