Evening, with regard to the feed rate on the low setting, is the " off" the lowest feed rate or is it one of the other two? Assuming it is the off, but looking for confirmation. Thanks in advance ~ Rick

Thanks for this, but I'm trying to find a video that shows how to remove the old plate and attach the new one --- do you have that?? My old faceplate is all punched in/cracked -- it's exactly the same as this one.

Charlene... If you already purchased a new faceplate (which is really just a decal) then replacing it is pretty easy... Unplug the stove from the wall outlet, remove the controller from the stove, and peel off the old faceplate. Clean the metal base with a scraper and rubbing alcohol, then apply the new faceplate onto the metal plate, then re-install everything. Now... Consider that the switches behind the faceplate are old and may not be switching on and off when you press them... they may need to be replaced with new ones..

My control panel fuse keeps blowing. Its a brand new Breckwell Blazer stove. What would cause this and how would I fix it?

Hi JoAnne.. There are a lot of things that could be causing the fuse to blow.. could be as simple as a pinched wire and as complex as a failed component on the circuit board.... My guidance - specially if it is a new stove, is to closely inspect the wiring to make certain that you don't have a short circuit somewhere.. Look for damaged insulation on the wires or a wire that is pinched / trapped some place. Beyond that, you need to consider having the vendor come in and work to identify the root cause of the fuse blowing.

please help i cannot get my brand new breckwell big E pellet stove to turn back on ran it for 2 hours, shut it off for a while (cold to the touch) turned it back on it ran for 3 seconds then nothing not even a light on my control panel ,no green blinking light, nothing

I have a breckwell big e controller that seems to cycle combustion fan from low to high speed quickly?. Didn't run like that in the beginning also needs face plate

i have a p22 breckwell stove . the circuit board is acting erratic. just taping on the face plate make the feed rate light jump around and sometimes the fan doesn’t come on and the on off button doesn’t work . other days the fam runs all the time and the feed rate stay the same . bad circuit?

I have a Breckwell Big E and the controller will not turn on. I checked the inline fuse it is good. No light on the controller on off light is not blinking.

Hi Frederick... You noted that the fuse was good.. Can I suggest one item to look at.. with your stove UNPLUGGED from the wall outlet, remove the fuse and pinch together the clamps that hold the fuse in place.. I've often seen where one end or both have been spread, and the fuse tip is not making contact with the connector. Also.. please confirm if this s happening with the front panel switch is over to the right most position (MANUAL).

I have a Breckwell Big E pellet stove that is malfunctioning. The stove starts properly but shortly after the circulating fan starts to run the controller appears to sense a fault at which time the red light on the controller starts blinking and the auger stops feeding pellets and the fire goes out. Any thoughts? Thanks, Jim

My Big E will burn as long as I dump a handful of pellets into the burn pot but once they burn up it the fire goes out. The 1 rpm auger can't keep up even after adjusting the feed rate. Shame it only has 4 seasons on it.

@@JS-qd9rz I did a deep clean on mine and that fixed the problem. There should be two doors at the back of your burn chamber, remove them and clean out behind them. Good luck.

Hello, Do you have any recommendations for any books that do a good job of explaining the basics of wiring. Particularly for small motors that you would commonly come across on pellet stoves? Thanks for your time, love your videos!
