3 years ago I bought an adjustable queen sized bed for around $2000 US and it started breaking down 6 months later. And now i'm going to be in the market for a new bed any day now. Things are built cheaper and cheaper and we pay the price as consumers. And I researched and read reviews on this bed and then they were stellar, so not sure what happened with my bed. Maybe it was built on a Monday or a Friday..lol

Ethan, I hear you. I moved to Vienna from London in 2014, thought it will be the best relocation ever and 2.5 years later realized it's just not for me. Nothing wrong with the city or the people, just not my thing longer term. Happens :)

You should take everything back to Sweden and have a huge yard sale in the good weather.

I left my home town when I was 39 and moved to the US. Didn’t go back to Belgium for years and came back last year. Left back for the US with a heavy heart. Currently my home in the States is sold and I’m coming back with my clothes and my money. Going back to my home village and will never leave again. You belong where you come from. Just my opinion

Was it worth it in the end ?

@@dng992absolutely. Saw a country that’s unique for many reasons. Made a good living and met plenty of very friendly, open people. But sometimes it’s so unreal, so lonely and depressing. Definitely mixed feelings but I don’t regret a thing. But I’m glad I’m going home to see old friends and family.

Entering the swedish workforce, being underpaid and overworked, and not picking Switzerland instead, I would get emotional too and start crying, not because of happiness, quite the opposite. Sweden went from being a great country to pretty nasty place to be in the last couple years, especially in Stockholm. Its vile to see the kind of people that move about in the city now, not being safe anywhere from the evergrowing thug society that seem to get their way everywhere, and everyone is just sitting and smiling and nodding pretending like its all fine and dandy.

The Bed/Mattress anecdote is so real I only buy Ikea Beds for my Rental Properties, did not know they were comparable to £5k bed combos 😀

Well its nice to see back on your adventure. Your a smart dude and knows the universe will provide as long you know your destination . Living in the country has its advantages, but the city has its conveniences. What will you like best is the question . Glad your back on!

Sorry to hear about your problems with the train. Hopefully things have been better with the train. I usually dont have any problems with public transportation im Stockholm.

Hey Ethan, thanks for the great video. What is the new job if you don't mind me asking (what field/type, not specifics) and do you need to go into the office everyday? Just curious :). Keep up the great content as always.!!

Stockholm is undergoing maintenance of the train tracks right now because MTR maintained it very badly and caused lots of issues.. just have some patience. 40km outside of city central does that include train and a bus or just train?

Just train but now I am back in the city

Just don’t drive in London: I agree it’s a nightmare. Take public transport?

at least my guilty pleasure of collecting diecast cars wont end like hundreds of outdated dvds. they will always be a tiny piece of diecast history, and i can take them in a midsized box

This sounds like you better fix a maximum volume for the portable box garage.
