I ran into a guard rail with my ford focus before I scrapped it to see what'd happen, it fucked up the front axle and I had to turn the wheel all the way to the right just to go straight. I've driven off road in plenty of cars and as long as you don't hit any nasty holes you'll be perfectly fine apart from the dirt. I'm a bit of a scientist.

I like that at the start of the ep even though Prom nearly crashed them and wrecked the car no one harassed him over it. Like, it was to save the dog, but if he'd been watching the road he probably wouldn't have had to swerve like that. But they're all on his side anyways.

@@jake22ca for real, this series adds so much great backstory to the game, I feel like not enough people gave the multimedia approach for XV a shot but it's very rewarding if you do take it all in. makes the bond between the four of them all the more meaningful also I feel for how compact Lunafreya's role is, you do get a very good feel for how honorable she can be. Like beyond this tie with Prompto, her and Noctis also seem to have had that kinship in youth based on how they can relate to each other in their sheltered life. Noctis at school is treated as someone to be gawked at so it's great he found genuine friends like Prompto and Luna understood he needed that as well, even in her own bubble in Tenebrae

If you notice, Prompto even changes his diet correctly. He first cuts out soda, then adds a big salad to his burger. Incremental change is absolutely the way to go with any big fitness or weight loss program.

Yeah, but the most important part, is without a doubt, consistency and persistency, going slow and steady, making sure you do it right, loved how they inted at it by like you said, the regular changes with his diet, but also by him going on runs even while raining, as well as by taking about 3 years for him to get fit.

Not sure if you're still frequenting your KZbin account or not since your comment was 2 months ago, but if you're interested, check out Penn Jillette's weight loss. Penn Jillette being the famous 6'7" dude that does magic with Teller. Guy lost 100 pounds in about 3 months. He went from 330 pounds to 225 pounds. Yes it's not a recommended diet, in case if you were wondering why he lost so much weight so quick. I listened to an inspiring audiobook of his and I've been on the diet for my first week now. I've lost 14 pounds so far, and after the first four days I've been feeling fantastic. Biggest reason being that I'm not eating garbage and I'm not wrecking my body with exercise that I fucking hate. If you have any questions about it, just google it up. There's a bunch of people flocking to him recently since he's finally speaking about it.

I wouldn't say the personallity stayed same. In the start he was so quite and even when someone pushed him, he didn't said anything. He was so unmotivated but when Luna wrote him the letter and with he wanted to become Noctis' friend he became more sporty, healthy and even cheered up. It was a great character progression in only 14 mins episode and to see how he changed from "emo" to "motivated and more lively". He's still quite clumsy xD
