you can do the rubber retention safely... have it inside the chamber of the bow so if it ever snaps it won't strike the user anywhere. with newer more powerful models you can include the rubber retention with easy access to the rubber when it needs replacing. have a single hinge panel that swings open to access the rubber chamber for easy replacement.

With the way the SIL is constructed you can just run the band down the center of that T-shaped beam that makes up the arm around the front and down the inside of the mounting bracket on the other side and you would achieve the same effect without any need for swinging doors and hatches

When he was 1st designing this accessory, he stated the design was going to be placed as in public domain, so anyone could take it, make it by themselves, improve it, or monetize it. Pretty much, to do whatever anyone want to do with it. I just hope there is no conflict and it can be used without copyright infringement. Truly Jeorg has created an awesome device. A feature I would like to see included is a part that can attach to the mounting hardware that holds multiple speedloaders full of arrows so you can have a reserve of them right on the bow. In addition, it may be convenient to have a small case that holds extra tips, lined with foam so that it does not make any noise while in use. That thing is beautiful. Of course they took a lot of your designs because you have done all the testing an prototyping. You did all the proof of concept and had already refined. Your invention has been a passion and has already been through market testing and marketing as well as the large amount of testing you personally have done. This thing was so close to production even when it was plywood. Can't wait for it to be publicly available. I know they have done a limited run on the CNC but its a little out of my budget so to wait for the injection molded

I would call it the "ISLE" for Bows. "Instant Sliding Legolas Extention" for Bows or "Instant Sliding Legolas Equipment" for Bows This name really works in acronym form as its easily translated in to other language as isle is actually a word. And you don't have to actually reveal what the acronym stands for so you don't need to worry about copy right infringement. Just a thought. You could also go for like the Instant Artemis Instant Archer Repeater Bow I just think the ISLE keeps it to the roots of the original inspiration while maintaining an interesting translatable name. You'll love the ease of using the ISLE!
