Awesome, it is all easy stuff really, if you think about how thick us builders are then just imagine how much better hubby could be! It's far from rocket science so get him to give us a subscribe and let's get him trained up ✊️ And thank you 😊

the Laser is adjusted for a regular 305 blade. Bosch has battery optimated blades. They are a bit thinner than regular ones. A thinner blade has less weight and less weight is more easy to start turning what increase the battery time. This saw is a beast. i tested most battery miters and thiy one is on another Level on Power but i also have a couple problems with it. The dust collection is horrible and Bosch force you to use C35 hoses. It has no good grip to carry it around. Like you said its very heavy but unlike the Milwaukee 305 extremly well and solid build while the Milwaukee feels cheap.

You did your research, I like that! I plumped for this as it is difficult to buy other brands in Portugal and it needed to be a battery saw, I would have liked the dewalt flexvolt but all my flexvolt batts are in the UK so would have been mega expensive. I cannot wait to give this a proper run out and get used to using it, do you know if there is a video of laser calibration on KZbin? Thanks for commenting too 🙂

You know that battery power is reaching new levels when you can take that small battery and power a saw like this. Nice!

Battery tech is remarkable these days, it means I can charge the batteries from solar and not use a 2000w motor on the mains, absolutely love this saw.

@@blowfeld38 I have corded version of 12' form 2008 and it's on the rails, so what I can say the new one is a lot smoother and it's battery. the down side is the size or shape, going tru the door, hallway much more difficult to transport then the old one. I had to take off the rubber flap fo dust extraction, it's hit's the fence and material when you want to cut. Like You said is heavy, but all the bosch tools are heavy and good. I have a lot of bosch tools and I'm very happy with all of them. You included everything in Your video , I can't say much more, oh yes it's very powerful. All I can say I love it!

I have the plug in version of that saw with the fold up stand on wheels - love that saw bought a few years ago now but definitely one saw I would not consider getting rid of, works an absolute treat!

The 2500gta gravity rise mitre stand is great with heavier mitre saws, I have the 3800gta mitre saw stand with wheel kit aswell, the corded is 32.5kg so your cordless is 6kg lighter without batteries. I'm getting the cordless one soon as well, they are awesome saws.

I've the corded version and the first thing I did was get with of the laser and fit a cod for shadow line, Works 10x better and also added rubber on the bottom of the existing dust collection.. it's still garbage though, I love the Saw but having now cut MDF skirting in the house with a super powerful Miele connected and still found Dust everywhere I'm now looking to sell mine and buy a KS 120 instead, Other thing is 190mm skirting and trying to cut it flat at 44.5 and 43.5 is almost impossible to get the bevel to those settings.. KS120 will be my next saw I think.

Nice equipment. I agree on the points you didn't like. As nice as it is to have plastic bits is off putting. Hope it stays together. 🙏. I will have to binge watch the past videos on this channel. Cheers brother 👍

I have both the ks120 and ksc60 festool saws and they are very good not perfect but close. I looked at this saw only today thinking about the limitations of a smaller saw and needing to cut bigger stuff recently I think the bosch could do that. How have you found it now you have had it some time?
@franklubenfurter89663 жыл бұрын
Great video dude, will you sell the Kapex now?

“Kapex killer” lol no. The delta cruzer is better than this saw. But this one is cordless, so it has that going for it.
