I’ve had PCS for almost 3 months after an injury/moving my hip out of place while roller blading i thought it was back pain and couldn’t stand up straight to walk and waited almost two weeks in pain for my injury to heal and it did not. I eventually passed out from the pain hitting my head off the toilet and or floor resulting in post concussion syndrome. I was hopeless that I’d ever feel normal again. Every day was awful!!!!! The symptoms were scary and hard to live with. I finally Found a wonderful Doc in the US who had helped me greatly. Cranial movement therapy works. I’m still in recovery with two more sessions to go but definitely have seen huge improvements. There is hope!

I see that I came to the right place because I think I can help everyone as well because I have a ton of experience in this field of concussions because Ive had several. Here are some thing I think will help on the road to recovery. 1. See a Chiropractor and get adjusted he'll know what to do when you tell him you've has a concussion 2. Yoga, a great 30 minute to an hour session will really help you settle down 3. Message I can't tell you how awesome you will feel after. 4. Always try to wear sunglasses because exposure to light is one of the worst things for your eyes and the headaches will continue. 5. Go for a long walk, light exercise is great during concussion protocol and PCS. All of these are suggestions are to get you to relax because any kind of stress is terrible for a concussion. The best thing you can do for PCS is to ease your mind and these are a good place to start. Hope this helps Coach D.

I have 3 concussions since my football days, I feel no better . If anything I lost more memories than I can remember. Headaches got worse , can’t sleep or eat. A lot of depression. I feel like I’m not myself at all like different person in the mirror 🤦🏽♂️ nothing helps , I’m just losing it as the days go by ...

I hear you bro. I suffered 4 concussions in 4 months during this past football season.. I haven’t been the same since either, depressed, not myself at all. I try to ask for help but no one understands. After a long talk with my guidance counselor I’m finally about to receive the help I need. I’m also visiting my neurologist to see how he can help. If you see this please let me know how your recover has been and anything that can potentially help me bro.

Hey guys, I really feel you! I have been trying to heal my brain from a concussion for some years! In general I am doing loads better but I do still have flare ups! Flare ups make me feel depressed, frustrated, emotional! What has been helping me.. Microdosing with magic - mushroom chocolate has been helping me immensely! Sometimes when my brain feels so flared up, I eat a tiny piece of chocolate and my brain relaxes, immediate relief within one minute! Eating 1 tea spoon of flax oil a day helps with depression. Supplements, multivitamin, fish oil, 5htp, cbd. Exercise, dancing, shaking out the whole brain! Eliminate sugar for a while, sugar causes brain inflammation! Hydration, a tiny reduction is hydration can cause depression! I was becoming forgetful, I noticed it was coming from the left front side of my brain where the concussion was, so I started to learn an instrument and a language to retrain my brain! The brain really has an ability to heal! My memory is getting better.. Journaling helps me a lot! Meditation and self massage bring relief! All the best to you, feel free to reach out for more support 🙏👊🌞✨

If you still suffering sometimes concussions can bring out brain developments and you will have to deal with depression itself, and as much as it sucks you have to deal with it as you would any other mental health disorder

I live in a remote area in NW Montana. I am recovering from a motorcycle accident. I broke my leg, shattered my elbow (10 breaks) broke my neck (C2) and fractured my skull. After three months, everything was healed ( I am a lucky girl to be alive). I was given the thumbs up from my doctors. Except for the concussion. I am still having dizziness and headaches. I will start searching for a Doctor in this are, so, I can get back to normal. Thanks for this video!

Here is what I did to heal my post concussion syndrome: 3 capsules of DHA extra Nordic Naturals fish oil 3 X per day! Yes that is 9 capsules per day! Acetyl L carnitine 3 X per day Vitamin E/ Selenium 2 x per day Do this for a month and see how you feel. If still have symptoms, continue with these doses You can gradually reduce your fish oil intake to 3 capsules 2x per day, but I would recommend sticking to 3 x per day until you are well. That’s what I did! Obviously talk to your Doctor but THIS WILL WORK. This will help you, I promise! God bless

Anders Franz Dont know if you’ll see this as it’s been a yr. But can you elaborate on the doses/mg of each one? It can be dangerous if I or someone buys a strong amount of each & have interactions w other medicine/high doses. I will be waiting for you reply as I want to give it a try. Thank you. :)

Post concussion syndrome doesn't need to come from having a direct head impact. I don't think I hit my head but I was knocked off my bike 2 yrs ago and had fatigue and brain fog and the normal things which required me to think now make me tired. Are you saying that neck alignment is always the answer? do you know of any chiropractors in the UK who are treating for PCS? yours hopefully!

I wish I could give you an answer. The truth is that without knowing your history or examining you, I cannot give you a definitive answer. I can tell you that everyone is different. Each concussion has different mechanisms of injury and as such, everyone responds to treatment differently.
