3:57 The lack of 280mm radiator support for AIOs other than their own is the reason why I got rid of the original H510. Even reached out to their customer service reps who dismissed my case by saying that my AIO's radiator was larger than any other AIO that they've seen.

The price kills it. You can get a bunch of good airflow-focused cases (that also come with fans) for less than $100. Also 280mm rad support is only on paper. And they could have opened the top more too. They could have extended the mesh all the way down and drastically improve the GPU thermals as well, another missed opportunity... 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Standard NZXT.

Dawid have you consider an actual air cool configuration and not an AIO/liquid cool. Your review said in a previous 510 no fans upfront was fine. Populating the front fans in the old 510 was aweful.

As an owner of the H510i for nearly 2 years, I'm disappointed in the fact that we can't put a 240 on the top. That is my only big complaint with the case, other than that I love it. The minor complaint is that I got the white version of the case and wished the whole thing was white.

Still bewilders me why mount the rad so you are bringing in heat to the case. The whole point to AIO cooling is to get the heat out of the case. I bet that GPU runs a lot cooler if the rad was not bringing in the heat.

Atleast i now know what people meant when they always told me their computer actually helped cool off their room because that’s what my corsair is doing, 3 intake, 2 exhaust plus a CPU exhaust, psu fan and then a triple fan EVGA FTW3 ULTRA 2080Ti and im feeling cold air flow out. In the regular H510 i was exactly 10 degrees hotter.

The H510 Flow fixed one problem but not any of the rest of them. The hard drive tray has 4 brackets on top of it to mount a third hard drive. It turns out that the drives are so close together the middle one gets too hot to operate for very long. It kept giving me warning lights in Crystal Disk info. I ended up being glad the tabs were there or it would have been a single drive cage. The rear of the case where the cards screwed in was made of very soft metal and my graphics card ended up getting stripped out before the build was even done. Also the front panel ports are the cheapest I have encountered on this case. The USB-C port would hardly accept a plug like it was made of rusty aluminum or galvanized metal. Many times it wouldn't even connect. I have seen videos where content creators have been building rigs and have gone to just set the glass side panel down on the ground to continue working and it shattered in their hands. It also has the worst mechanism to lock it, very hard to make it stay on. Case makers are moving away, in unison from 5.25" DVD bays to make room for radiators and it makes me sad because even if you don't have a DVD drive there are many other things you can do with them. I am not into water cooling because I use Ryzen chips and they come with a perfectly good CPU cooler in the box. There are so many options for a 5.25" tray. There are drive fan controlers, extra IO ports, Multi SSD or NVME bays and more swappable 3.5" drive bays. The list is exhausting. Drive manufactures shouldn't dictate the monotony of your case for the next 5 years. I hated this case and unasembled it and moved to the 10 year old proven-to-last Haf XB EVO after just 2 months. All this room make me feel like I have all the room in the world plus even more expandabilty

Nzxt case are cool looking but didn't have airflow Now they have both soon! I have the old regular h510 and gpu temps (3060ti) are 65-70 degrees c under load and cpu temps are around 48-50 degrees c (cooler is a older x53 model) and cpu is a r 5 3600

Idk about this one... no top mount for radiators, very tight, no bottom fan. It looks like a big case that doesn't really take the advantages of being big (which is allowing the use of big towers, radiators or a lot of fans).

I actually own the H710i and the airflow isn't terrible on that one. Granted, it isn't the greatest, but its good. I got a Kraken x73 in front and my i9 10850k stays at or under 90 degrees fahrenheit when idle. The 1080ti I have runs at about 120 give or take when not in use. Which when I mean not in use I mean gaming, I usually always have a couple tabs with videos up. When I don't hav those up it runs cooler than that. I have 3 top fans and 1 back throwing out air and the front is all intake.

Its a cool upgrade but I still wouldn’t buy this. Maybe they sell the front panel as an upgrade for current h510 owners. But if your looking at the 90-120 dollar price range I recommend the lancool 2 mesh all day. And for budget you can do the p360a which often has a 10 dollar mail In rebate on the white version to bring it down to the 70 dollar price range. For 110 dollars for the flow just get the lancool 2 mesh. Its so easy to build in and super feature rich.

Interesting as robeyetech got the opposite results for his test of h510 vs h510 tampon -flow has better idle cpu, almost the same stress cpu -flow had slightly better gpu -flow had much better mobo temps bc of the increased airflow through the case -flow would be great and feasible for a air cooled cpu, but liquid they are similar Note: he also used a 10900k and also had a top exhaust fan included Great review dawid This h510 tampax seems like a solid case!! Not worth upgrading if you have a standard h510 (unless you wanted to swap to an air cooled cpu) but definitely worth the $$ if you are building a new system and love the h510 aesthetics

Always amazes me to see CPU temperatures up above 50C. Maybe I need to stress my Ryzen 5 3600 (with its stock Wraith cooler and two 120mm case fans - the original 3-pin fans that came with my 11+ year old Antec Three Hundred, with its lovely front mesh) a bit more, 'cos I've yet to notice it getting higher than like 45C, most of the time not even hitting 40C. :)

Slight criticism on your testing. The CPU was getting fresh air from outside the case in the airflow version and not in the other one. The GPU heat probably made a difference for the non airflow version. Not that big of a deal but probably should have mentioned it 🙃

Now if only they can add more fan mounts to the top of their cases lmao. Guess they're too lazy to retool to do a complete refresh for the H510. The H510 Flow currently at the time of this comment is $89.99 USD. The Lian Li LanCool 215 is also $89.99, so is the Antec NX410 and the Corsair 4000D Airflow is $95.99. Personally I think it's hard to justify getting the H510 Flow if you ever plan to add more than 1 top fan to the case.

PC Case prices are fucked up. I have bought Be Quiet Silent Base 802 for 160 Euros (which is the lowest possible price I could get ), but it costs 180+ in "normal situations". It used to cost 145 euros. So yeah, the prices are shitty. Good video for the H510. I loved the original H1, cos it could light up pretty well.

510 has always been garbage to me, mostly because the limited top fan mount and ridiculously small front I/O (basically non existent), on top it was force choking the components better than Darth Vader. Now it doesn't force choke them but chokes on your wallet.. be quiet 500DX, Lancool 215, CM TD 500 mesh or even the older H500M, yeah the 4000D.. there's so much better cases than the now more uglier 510 airflow xD

i have an H510 right now and it’s choking my poor FE 3080 ti. it sucks because I love the case and it was specced for at rtx 2070 but i had an opportunity for the 3080 so i went with it. unfortunately my cpu temps are amazing with a corsair AIO so i was hoping the flow H510 would have better GPU temps but oh well. at that $110 price i might as well get an O11 that actually as support for more than 2 fans…

I was installing a x63 in a customers H510 about a week ago. And let me just say: yes, it's a pain i wish to never feel again. Jesus H Christ. The customer had sawn off parts of the mounting bracket to fit the AIO and failed. Which didn't really help the mounting process.

I will say for the 5-6 hours a day I game on my pc I don't see anywhere near these Temps for gpu and cpu. Typically I never hit above high 60 C or very low 70C , if I ever hit 83 or higher I'd be worried lol
