well is this a clone of the 57 that was wrecked or a repair of that car? one race team took car that won the daytona 500 & built all it new cars off the frame setting it was built on a jig on there same shop floor! ( the NASCAR team owner had a towel over the measurement sheet) ward burtin's team owner shop he he said it from the winning car build sheet! back when NASCAR teams made own cars! [one team had a sway bar or bar for cornering missing other team got it! it was mixed up on the floor & the team gave it back! the team said we have the size & measures it was & it marked out team on it! it was a mix up! oh it like a boat prop those numbers mean something! like new mixed fuel it great its crap burn more to go less millage nut-so in charge!

So we went with a little thicker Lexan on this 57, build to try and stay away from that we feel they just don’t look the part on one of these cars, but testing will tell us if we have to use them or not

There’s no race in Fayetteville on the 5th of April, or at least they’re not promoting anything. I stay 15 mins from Fayetteville track. Might need to check into that, being it’s only a couple weeks away

Beech Bend raceway is my home race track. Absolutely love the place and the Jones family “Dallas” has put so much into that place in the last decade and it’s amazing what it’s become. The entire facility is great! Can’t wait to see the new 55 in Aug!

The -57 is impressive for the planning and foresight to facilitate maintenance and repair, instead of ending up with a Rubik’s cube… Thinking y’all might wanna have some windshield and rear window support bars / struts, to avoid it blowing in - out?

Think it’s more about pressure / area, then just additional thickness. Then there’s the part where I can see it being a potentially catastrophic surprise, for lack of warning.
