The notion that "nobody is coming to save you" couldnt be more true, especially for men. The fact that you are aware of this and have already started on the right path puts you miles ahead of other folks, not that its a competition but some just dont realise this simple concept. Keep it up mate.

A pro tip that helped me when I started, is, focus on the buz you get afterwards. That 'high' you get from knowing you did something good for you. If you focus on that, you will keep it up. You got this.

Being active is a game changer. I train 6/7 days a week whether it’s weights cardio or even both. The gym is my medicine and even some days I have to drag my self there. The days u don’t want to train are the best sessions especially once your done consistency is key and once results start showing the rewards are amazing beat them fucking demons on the daily and it’s a win win every day is a struggle for Me with my own head and thoughts but I win most days and the days I don’t can be bad but I accept them for what they are knowing tomorrow will be better joining a gym saved me from isolation and meeting new people helps as it helps with confidence and u never know you could meet new friends / women get your self garden trained so I feel confident then maybe try a gym 🙏🏻 keep it up 💪🏻

Good work mate, keep it up. Two things that really helped me: 1. Some days you really cant be arsed working out. This will happen. On these days just do a little bit, even just a walk, rather than nothing. Something is always better than nothing, then you can get back into it tomorrow. 2. The battle is won in the kitchen as much as the gym. Cut out TV snacks, soft drinks and cut back on beer. Load up with fruit veg and reduce carbs where possible.

Top man. 3 things to improve your life. Everyday, start your day with the decree and demand, that “today will be a great day” and “ I am having a great day today” . Decree and demand it. As soon as you get out of bed. Decree and demand, shout it, be passionate and determined that today will be a great day. 2nd thing is meditation, and meditate ‘as if’ you already have the things you desire. Think of everything you want, that girl, that car, that house. But focus on the feelings you would experience as if you already have all your desires. 3rd thing is exercise. Gym, cardio, long walk, anything, bare minimum go for a walk, but ideally a proper program, alternate days weights and cardio. Do these 3 things everyday for 30 days and I guarantee your life will change for the better.

@@exchangemarkets1575 one of my favourite things I took away from the book is “get 1% better everyday” and it’ll add up in a year VS not doing the 1% thing. I’ve stuck to this and my life has changed ALOT when u put enough months on it meanwhilst some peers who took the piss of me changing my life/living a healthy lifestyle now all see the results it’s done and they’re still in same place It’s just a long term thing, doing same good habits for 6 months + will change ur life

You aren’t bad at boxing. You have some good technique for a beginner. I’m so delighted to see you in good form today. I always found bag work the best for any type of mood, nothing feels better than letting off some tension with boxing combinations. Remember to just not overdo every session, overtraining can take a toll on the body and mind. Just the perfect balance and you’ll be fine.

Do some stretching for 15-20 minutes prior to starting, especially all leg muscle groups. When you are skipping, open your legs, widen your stance and shorten the height of your jump. Slow the pace and dont jump so high. To lessen the pressure on your ankles and feet, do hop on your right, then use both feet together, and then hop on your left only....and repeat. Time yourself for one song of 3-4 minutes. Then do 10 press ups, 10 sit ups and 10 squats. That is the warm up. Then reward yourself with 10 minutes bag work. Times all this by two sets, after a fortnight or so. Train with a positive mindset. Dont use negativity to fuel your work out. Your plan to do it every two days is bang on. 2 times a week to start with. Push it up to 3 times a week after one month. Fair play bro, respect

This is the path lad. 3-5 times a week, start slow only 20/30mins each time so you will actually want to do it again the next day. CONSISTENTCY over everything!! Just show up and the rest will sort itself out. Get a mate or someone to keep you accountable until it becomes a habit. It'd be worth going to an actual boxing gym 1 day a week to lock you in, just tell the coach your goals when you start if you do.

Glad to see you’re doing something positive like this brother. Keep it up. I just want to let you know that Jesus Christ takes any form of social anxiety, pain and any addiction away. Christ isn’t about religion, in fact He hated religion. It’s about having a relationship with God through Jesus. He loves you but hates sin. Seek Christ and you will 100% be transformed and find genuine peace. It’s a life long transformation journey until Jesus completes you. Jesus died for you, was buried and rose again, to also conquer all evil, sin, the devil and most importantly to reconcile us back to God after Adam and Eve sinned, which ultimately separated us from Him. We have to really follow Him daily and even when we mess up, we gotta repent and He will be there to forgive us. We gotta forgive other people who have done us wrong, for Him to forgive us but He will help us with that. I love you enough to not say anything. God Bless❤️

Great idea mate. I plan to join a gym next week. Nothing better for depression and anxiety than a good, sweaty workout. Also, look at your diet. If you eat healthy as well, you’ll feel fantastic. Have you considered taking up a martial art? Boxing, BJJ, karate, etc…it doesn’t matter. It will massively boost your self-esteem. Don’t give up. Your brother and your uncle would want you to be happy, never forget that.😊

Bro, you have no idea how amazing it is to hear you're doing this. You know what mate? I dont usually do this, but, I have a background in fitness instruction. If you would like a totally free, personalised fitness plan, Id be more than happy to make one for you and Id be more than happy to treat you as a student/client and give you full services I would have given in the past. I could train you on video calls, personalise everything to your life style, help with the diet, etc. You have a good frame, I'd have you looking like a beast in a year bro. If this doesnt sound right for you now, thats fine, but offer's always there and again it would be totally free.
