There's no official pass. Especially while filming in public. Unless they try to claim it as a closed area for invited guests, which I'd imagine would be bs from the amount of "media" people inside.

It's more of red zone issue. I think certain areas vacant lots or beside bridges or some under passes could be zoned. Drug user want areas they can live like this cause they can't afford rent and don't work. But still offer them bunk house trailers with showers and toilets and periodic outreach. Containing with a fence would be good with big garbage bins.

I think the media is there in Echo Park so they can say that they cleaned it up and got rid of the homeless from that.. they're definitely going to go do that same thing to Venice Beach eventually a lot of people are complaining about Venice Beach get rid of the homeless because it's going to be a big tourist Place once more..

Why where the people very angry at that man. For cleaning it up? I say keep the fence. We have fence at some parks , locked at late night. no more crime there 👍

A city can never have enough parks. Even if it’s a pocket watch park of 100 sq feet. There are a few near me. One surrounds an ancient oak tree.

Yeah lets keep the parks open, along with the beaches . The bike trail in Anaheim, Orange was packed with the homeless for 2 yea s...now open for. a while. Echo Park looks wonderful now...with the cute baby geese running around. Gorgeous lake view... palm trees. ! Great job restoring the park!
