Onew has always been a safe spot for me as far as being sexy is concerned. He's one of the few people I can see never being considered that way. Although he can be sometimes. Okay Minho, we get it. You're back and attacking us with your whole chest literally. His facial expressions are super sly and sexy. That smirk he gives us all during his second verse is lethal. Key is reminding us that he's the lead dancer in SHINee. Him being in the center for a chorus section is awesome. Lastly, this maknae Taemin holds a special place in all of our hearts. Some of us have literally watched him grow from a small teenage boy to a fully confident grown man. For context, I started stanning our boys back in 2013.

😁 As you know already their unmatched VOCALS, HARMOZINATION and POWERFUL PRESENCE is out of this world. *I don’t yet have the full meaning but 👀🙀 OMG it gives me Apocalyptic Underground Milita vibes with Smooth R&B EDM tempo and honestly I think the song speaks for itself; they using english talking about all the toxic fake love going around from SASAENGS, ANTIs, Haters and SHINee saying how sick they are of it; wanting it to end.* Don’t even get me started on their outfits ICONIC; during their Vlive/youtube livestream showcase when they were giving spoilers many of us thought the track was going to be titled "Spam Call" but turns out it was actually "Dont Call Me" and the hilarious thing was they were literally giving their number to fans saying to call them; the deeper I think about it, such a genius way to expose fake fans. THEY SHOWING EVERYONE HOW ITS DONE #SHINee #DontCallMe

That dramatic change at the end with the piano, I felt too that it has a latin vibe but it remind me a tango (argentina popular music). The dance during that part of the song, also has some lines that reminds me spanish dance like flamenco, but in a very subtil way.

I think SHINee's "Don't Call Me" MV and Fake Reality teaser is SM's way of drawing SHINee into the SM Universe and fully connect SHINee to SuperM's/EXO's storyline. Hence Minho's red hair and the red room with the chairs hanging from the ceiling. I think this might be connected in someway to the Red Force and EXO's/SuperM storyline. I also see connections between SuperM, aespa and SHINee with the fact that we see SuperM riding on a subway train in their "100" MV and we see aespa in the subway in their debut "Black Mamba" MV, and now we see SHINee also in a train station in "Don't Call Me". As with everything SM does it is usually all connected and it's all designed to be part of one large story. I also think that the scene with Key in the red outfit standing on the car that is submerged in water has something to do with the Red Force as well. In that scene we also see Key dressed in his black outfit with the feather headpiece standing in front of the image of himself, which looks as though this could be showing Key in alternate realities -- or a "fake reality." Then it looks as though the members go through some sort of wormhole as they are teleported somewhere and we see them all posing in their black outfits. This looks very similar to SuperM's "Jopping MV when the SuperM members are coming together at the beginning of "Jopping." The members of SuperM are supposed to be coming together to help EXO fight the Red Force and to prevent or stop them from corrupting and taking over the world, etc. As "The Avengers" SuperM is taking the "best" members from each of SM's groups -- EXO, Taemin/SHINee, NCT and WayV -- and joining forces to take down the Red Force. And just like how the movies "Avengers Identity War" and "Avengers Endgame" eventually had each of the Marvel Avengers members recruiting their whole crew to help in the fight, I think SM is setting it up so that all of its groups' members will eventually be brought into the fight. So, if you follow EXO's storyline, in EXO's "Obsession" MV we learn that the good guys are the members in the all black outfits, and in "Jopping" we see SuperM's "Avengers uniform" is similar all black outfits. So in the scene in "Don't Call Me," when we see SHINee all together in those black outfits, it looks as though they might be preparing to join in the fight. And because of this, I think people need to pay attention to all of the storylines with all of SM's groups, because I think at least all of SM's third generation groups' MVs and storylines -- and probably even now their 4th gen groups -- are being designed to connect stories and plots. Each group has their own individual storyline and concept, but when you put them all together, there are threads of connection between the groups. And that includes SuperM, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT/WayV, aespa, and maybe even Taemin's solo work, and possibly even SHINee, even though they are technically 2nd generation. Even though SHINee are second gen, they actually fit within the age group of third generation groups, so they sort of bridge that gap between 2nd and 3rd gen.

I discovered Shinee very lately, a year ago approximately. Just after having discovered Jonghyun through a KZbin recommendation with "y si fuera ella". Thank you so much KZbin for that! Jonghyun immediately impressed me a lot and I have no words to describe how I felt when I discovered his music, his story, etc. I was not into kpop at all at that time but when I began to hear Shinee, wow !!!! Their vocals, their choreographies impressed me a lot too. I did not become a shawol immediately but the more I discovered about them the more I liked them, they are so talented!! And it touches me a lot to know all they went through and what they still achieve today. Their come back is so good! It's perfection or not far from that!!! Thank you for this reaction and all the others about Shinee and Jonghyun. You are very respectful towards them and towards your monks and I find it great.
