Just a tip to anyone who wants to go red. You don’t need to bleach your hair that many times. I only bleached my hair once (I have dark, thick black hair) and the red turned out beautiful. When you bleach your hair you get an orange ish color. Since your going with red over, it won’t mess up the color because orange is similar to red. Red will be the dominant color. Anyway, I enjoyed the video!

yes its actually beneficial because if youre going red, having yellow hair will help hold the color better

That’s true if red is all you want and that’s either what you’re going to keep or you will be going back to natural colour. I imagine in her case, she’s probably going to dye her hair another colour once this fades out and it would be harder to bleach the hair evenly at that point. You are very right though 😊

Looks absolutely great! The way you matched the rootage is incredible! Really well done! On another note it honestly kinda broke my heart to see you bleach it so many times and then put such a dark shade over it.. especially with the red toned dye, you wouldn't have needed the last bleaching step and I'm pretty sure, it would have taken the green perfectly as well. I don't mean this in a know-it all manner whatsoever! Just as a tip for next time as my boyfriend's a hairdresser and I'm just passing on his thoughts on how to keep your hair as healthy as possible in the process of bleaching and dying (: He's dyed over my washed out, patchy bleached hair so many times and it usually turns out just fine. But as I said, don't mistake this as criticism in a bad way please, you did an amazing job, faaaaar better than I could have ever done and it look phenomenal!

You should try olaplex number Three it's really good it's a bonding treatment you put it on damp hair let it sit for at least 10 mins then shampoo and condition it out. It's really good I use it on my coloured hair and it's made a big difference

Pro tip: with any hair dye you use, it it not only healthiest for your hair, but also stops your hair from fading so fast by using a color safe shampoo and conditioner and washing it with cold water. Warm/hot water opens up those follicles which helps fade hair color. However if you’re looking to fade your hair color quicker, wash it with warm/hot water then rinse it with cold water.

Try filling in your bleached hair with a red dye before :) Hair dye molecules are usually very big and cannot penetrate bleached hair as well
