Dave, the owner of Meeps, is a super awesome dude who is very helpful and has been a big help for those looking to sell items or looking to get items for personal collections. Nothing but love for him.

Dave, if the owner of Meeps allowed you to temporarily sign out some of his toys for sale for your video purposes, that could be an interesting business relationship where you would continue to discuss toys and their history with your research and nostalgic commercials while also promoting the Meeps toy store. It could be win-win for both of you, I'm sure. :)

I love that Kenner Star Wars cantina playset and it's still on my wish list after all these years despite having seen 'Star Wars' in 1977 and starting a Kenner/General Mills Star Wars figure and ship collection in 1978, but never having purchased the cantina. All of my figures are still intact with their original cloaks, capes, accessories, and weapons with the exception of one missing Jawa gun (Utini!). Most of my ships (including a remote control-operated Jawa sandcrawler) and playsets (including the Death Star space station) are in great shape too. Yes, that cantina brings back lots of nostalgic memories for those Kenner Star Wars commercials from the 70s and 80s. :)

Great deal on the Cantina. The base is the easiest and cheapest part to replace. The backdrop in that condition is worth $99. Nice!

Man, that cantina I got for Christmas at age 4. Great find, Dan. I went to Freaktoyz in Sheboygan, Wisconsin yesterday! Your channel is actually serving as promotion for these places. 😊 thanks for the heads up. I’m going to go rewatch your video for that place right now !

Man that Petunia Pig glass that was next to the beer glass you looked at. That's from a set sold at Carrols Hamburger chain (later bought out by Burger King). They had a whole set of Loony Tunes glasses and I have all of them except that one!

That is cool how much of the Simpsons' world toy line there was. Those old glasses are cool. We have some of those. I know we have one that has Porky Pig mowing with an old 50s mower and his wife is angry because the clippings are falling on her newly painted table ha ha. I keep looking at your Tehcnodrome and the rerelease is coming up soon. I had the Penguin with the launching umbrella. Bravestarr was so cool. I wish I had more than just the skullwalker. The Rambo toys were cool. I wish I had the Batcave from the first movie. Cool, the vintage Cantina! I have been eyeing a few of the mini rigs to go with a few of my figures. Who would be the bartender....Wuher wasn't made then.

Very cool Cantina display here! Back in the days this playset was never imported in France and this particular playset was on the top hunt list when I restarted collecting Star Wars toys in the early 90's. I was also happy to collect the British Palitoy Cantina playset version. It has a different base and I love both of them. Here is a small comparison video description I made of both playsets: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2OyY6d8aM6YmpYsi=LQLWeUIhGuD3IjOe

Shame you "yunguns" weren't old enough to experience the original 77' StarWars and seeing those toys filling the shelves at Lionel Playworld. P.S. If you're any younger than 52 years of age, don't even try to act like you remember that. haha. We know how you Millennials like to act like you all experienced everything.
