Finally Off Bedrest | Happy State of Mind | Day 49

I've been stuck in bed having to lie on my side for over a week to nurse a stage 2 pressure ulcer. It is looking much better know and I finally feel like I am reaching my regular Happy State of Mind again...

Great update Wojtek, glad to see that you beat that bed sore and finally got a haircut. I know the feeling of just not being able to groom and clean yourself as normal when you're in the hospital or on bed rest.

Hey man, hang in there. I've also had a challenging past 2 years... Many health disappointments. Try to cherish the good days and try not to extrapolate the bad days. I realized being optimistic is all we can do. Being pessimistic is counterproductive and it's also extra stress. Look how far you've come. I believe in you. Donovan

I just read a couple of articles on pressure ulcers... looks like it could be serious bad news. Glad you're back to getting out.
