Anna Leigh I thought the same thing. Poor guy. It’s hilarious hearing her side of it. And she makes it comedic best she can. The real deal is sad AF. I get her saying her life would’ve been better with out him in it, but he tried. He was living w serious PTSD. That had to be horrible to her. But he was trapped in a nightmare. You are spot on w what you posted. I had a college professor I was close to who had Vietnam ptsd. He was cool AF... until he came running at you w a machete half naked on college campus screaming don’t move a muscle!!!! Then he’d start chopping and save me from one of the water hoses outside the Botany campus.... because it was a python. And he saw what a python did to his buddy in Nam. PTSD is horrible. I wish they could have understood it better and helped her dad. I hope one day Tana understands.

Tiger Dreams I’m currently living it, I’m about to be 18 though luckily, and I got my license mainly by myself while I was 16 so I could have more freedom and have time away from my family and become my own person, I found I was starting to pick up their bad habits, and my friends were noticing it and it made me feel horrible, and since separating myself I’m finally myself again.
@micheledreams47714 жыл бұрын
Tucker Anderson I’m really proud of you! You still need to be told that. And I wouldn’t tell you that if I didn’t mean it. And I’m so impressed because you chose the right thing! Life is all about choices, and I feel like you “get it”. The earlier people can grab ahold of that and make the right choices, the easier their lives will be. That’s not to say that every day will be a breeze, but if people will just hang on and ride storms out, they would come through it for the better. And it sounds like that’s what you have done ✅ You should start a revolution! I believe you would have a great impact with that and touch a lot of lives. I also love that you have such a strong support system among your friends! They sound amazing and I can tell they have love for you because if they didn’t, they wouldn’t have told you about those things you were doing. Their concern for you also shows me that you are an amazing person as well because they weren’t willing to stand by silently and lose you to those bad habits- I really would have to say that your friends sound more like your “family” unit. Does that make sense? While you still have a family, sometimes it’s best to separate and you are VERY wise in doing that. I had to do the same thing. I’m so glad that you chose to lend an ear to their concern and walk a different route... or drive, in this case! 😌😌 I always like to reflect back to something I heard a few years ago when life gets tough... “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl.” It sounds like you can fly!!! 🦅 🦅 🦅 You can reach out to me anytime you like. I’m here for you if you need to vent, because I’m in your corner cheering you on!! 📣 ♥️
@Ratpoisonbean4 жыл бұрын
Tiger Dreams Aw! Thank you so much!! I’d actually like to talk to you more, do you have an Instagram or anything for us to be able to communicate? I feel like you and I could be able to really connect greatly! Also I love seeing this type of loving and caring energy on the internet, it’s hard to find but when you find it, it’s such a nice feeling to know other people out there care for others, sometimes in this world it feels like most people only care for themselves or those closest to them. I admire people like you who are so kind to people on the internet considering the new media age can be toxic in some ways. Thank you for being genuinely you, it probably seems like something you shouldn’t have to be thanked for, but nowadays with the internet people will act colder than they truly are as a person or even the opposite.

@@ashleycoates1271 yes, because all people suffering with mental health illness should just be shipped off to a mental ward.....that's the mindset that prevents people from getting professional help for their mental health problems. That's not how we should treat veterans, and that stigma is what makes people with mental health problems feel "crazy". Shame on you for that comment. They never had health insurance and he probably just never got the care he needed. It's a systemic issue, it's hard to veterans to get the mental health services they need when they come home. Mark Tokar I don’t wanna assume anything but most people who don’t experience what she talks about in this video don’t understand how miserable every day is. Even tho everything sounds like little problems those little problems accumulate and lead to a whole bunch of problems. Not saying that’s the case here who really knows yk? But a lot of people make their family problems seem small and laughable when during that time it was stressful and super hard to deal with.

Tate Sanders just because others have worse experiences doesn’t invalidate her experiences, what she went through was bad and yeah it might “not be shit” compared to other less fortunate people but it’s still bad and you really shouldn’t invalidate the adversities someone went through just because others have it worse it doesn’t work that way.
@Hi_itsmi6 жыл бұрын
Tate Sanders in my childhood home my sister and I delt with the same things with my mother except the homeless part. I know what it’s like. I shouldn’t have to compare my hardships to others. Everyone has something tough they’ve been through, and some people are affected differently. And people have had it way worse than you and I, that doesn’t mean we can’t be upset every once in a while or feel s certain way about our childhoods. All I’m saying is no matter the problem, however big or small, it’ll still affect you as a kid.and her situation shouldn’t be lessened bc someone had it worse. No matter what having a parent that doesn’t give you that proper care and love etc. sucks.

Tana grew up with her dad, she knows him best and he probably wouldn’t get offended by this. Her dad probably would laugh about this so much if he saw this. Just because he is a veteran doesn’t mean he can’t laugh about his craziness. Laughter is the best medicine and he loves to laugh.

Maria Chatzinikolaou once my now husband, pulled the fire alarm to get everyone put of school so we could skip school. We were walking to go spend the school day at the strip,(so we could smoke in the casinos..Oi ) but my parents just so happened to be driving to the store and they caught us skipping school. My punishment was I had to break up with him, 12 years later, were still together just had our 3rd baby. We use that story a lot lol. "Remember when you pulled the fire alarm at school to get me out of class to ditch school?". Tanas life sounds a lot more interesting hahah, I thought my life was crazy growing up in Vegas.. Nope

@__mcat4 жыл бұрын
how so? i'm genuinely curious and not well education on autism
@rebo96074 жыл бұрын
@@__mcat probably things like not understanding social cues like recognizing when someone doesn't want to talk, not understanding what is or isn't socially acceptable, not liking loud noises, having specific habits and interests that someone always wants to talk about to everyone. Those are things that I recognize in these stories that could fit autism. But some things could also be from PTSD from the war.
