I agree. My "Poppa" used to be so nice, but he and my Grandma divorced when I was 6. He remarried a very mean woman that was from Georgia, I think, and they moved down there together (I live in Michigan). I guess she warped him or something, since he never really made an effort to communicate with us and after a few years, just stopped completely. We're friends on Facebook, but he's never interacted with me, and honestly, I'm scared to even say anything to him since he's started acting very hateful. Liking things preaching about beating homosexuals and typing "Amen" on Transphobic posts (Which hurts, since I'm Trans). He uses religion for his hate, and while I have nothing against religion, I have everything against hate. I don't call him my "Poppa" anymore.
