After being put off for so long, Phil finally got Lost in Vivo. I don’t think any of us expected him to get out of there. But hey, he did.

Ok so if anyone is interested in buying and playing this awesome game there are 2 secret modes that you can play at any point in the game: One is the Dark mode: you can access this one by setting the gamma at its lowest and then starting a new game or hitting continue, its a prequel of the game this mode and I'm sad that Phisnom didint play it because it features driving and tunnels. The other one is Midnight mode: to play this one set your pc clock to midnigt and just start the game, its a really fun mode you are gonna enjoy this one. Also there is the gallery of light: for this one you just set the gamma to the max and then hit new game or continue, its a museum where you can see all the stuff in the game (IF YOU ARE GOING BLIND TO THIS GAME DONT PLAY THIS ONE UNTIL YOU FINISH IT TO AVOID SPOILERS)

@@ona512 Also you can only access that place after beating the game, just tested it and it doesnt let me set the gamma to the max when I tried it with a fresh save because I lost my savedata

Strong start for the return of survival horror streams. I loved this game, definitely gonna play it on my own to get everything there is. Fantastic stream, looking forward to more FUN

I like how I can see the Spooky's Jumpscare formula: get in a Place, read some Story, find the Monster, Fight, and then go to the next Place

far more professionally done though in my opinion, i've played both this and spooky's countless times just for the fun of it, in terms of fear and stress lost in vivo has kept a one up on me, i still get really paranoid and afraid of losing track when replaying the sotiris part he can kill you so fast and out of nowhere and the sudden screen jerk with that awful neck cracking sound followed by the swift drop down makes me jump a bit, its a nice evolution of the puppeteer's mechanic from spooky's, and a really good adaptation of scp-173 from containment breach

Fun fact, Phil! This game was created by the dev of Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion! Makes sense why jumpscares are so scary in this game, then! Also, loudest I've ever heard you scream. He actually can feel fear everyone! Edit: also Phil, you realise you missed the Specimen 8 secret right?

I don't think i've ever seen Phil so scared to the point where he might've thrown up(36:59), besides that it was a good stream and I'm sad that I missed it

Not many games I've played succeed in making me feel small and alone. Shadow of the Colossus is probably the shining example for me - but Lost in Vivo is one of those experiences that did leave me feeling very alone for most of my playthrough. Happy to have seen you play most of this Phil! I'll have to watch the end later and get your final thoughts. Lost in Vivo is such a work of love imo - I love that the creator didn't rely on overtly cheap and pointless jumpscares. There are a few jolting moments (the body you dropped lmfao) but very very little feels *pointless* in presentation. Some things feel a tad dated, but a lot of it still stands. For what it's worth, I also really love the writing too. Sometimes in horror games, the notes and things can get so edgy and cheesy and you just kinda cring reading them. Although the notes are poetic and some people may find them a bit too much, I actually really love the tidbits of writing you do get. Some of them end in truly unsettling ways which is wonderful. Anyway, enough word vomit about this game. Really enjoyed watching Phil!

Making things is always fun, I understand why you would want to keep your privacy but I would love to see what chairs and shelves you did make considering that I make furniture for a career.

I have now seen phil be scared of tunnels multiple times, but i dont think i have ever heard where that came from. Did he ever mention why? if thats ok to ask.

He had an incident as a kid where he and his friends went to explore a tunnel, they found some stuff and went to turn back and heard something chasing them so they ran out. It sounded like a dog but it barely made any sound whatsoever ever. He explains, er Nik explains it better in Phil's Innuanki tunnel stream

aw man he missed a great scare in the beginning. ): Regardless I'm glad he likes the game :D Spoilers: When your standing at the entrance of the hallway Phil was freaking out at. if you whistle before going in and wait a sec, you hear someone whistle back. such a good scare

It'd be unfair to comment more so on a serious situation that was briefly mentioned on the stream than the stream itself so here's my separate comment The screams of fear you let out while going down the tunnels were hilarious Huge missed opportunity tho to not call those worm things sperm when they showed up right after you made that urethra joke 😔 Other than that Great stream as always!
