Finally Putting The Engine in My 300zx (FAIL!)

Couple questions. I bought the same 350Z clutch fork too from Z1. I didn't buy the "upgraded" pivot ball. Is that really necessary, or can you use the Z32 one? Second ? Did you use ARP bolts for the flywheel and clutch? I debating on whether I really need them or not. Thanks.

If you’re using the z32 transmission PLEASE learn from my mistake and use the the smaller pivot ball, I order the z32 upgraded clutch fork kit which is technically a 350z fork but if your planning on using the z32 throw out bearing and sleeve you have to use the pivot ball provided in the “z32 upgraded fork kit”. I did use ARP bolts for my clutch pressure plate and flywheel bolts! Do you need them… no. But ARP is ARP for a reason, they are just better.

Why the huge amount loctite on the bell housing bolts? I have never had one come lose, spring washer and never sieze.
