Sorry, missed this message. In what manner wasn't it working? Might be able to give you a few tips

Very intrigued, however this does not look like MSFS. I would guess Arma or DCS. Absolutely certain that is not the MSFS Aircraft Editor... I do similar developments, a few years ago I released a Mach 8 capable reproduction of the Boeing Waverider, currently updating the Kaman K-Max for MSFS.

It's Flyout, an aircraft builder a-la KSP, but more closely resembling X-Plane Planemaker functionally. KZbin likes to randomly categorize it as DCS, FS2020, FSX, or any number of other things depending on its mood. I've done a spot of FS2020 development myself (nothing quite this exotic) but yeah, this kind of thing is 100% not doable over there. I'm hoping for better from FS2024, though I'd be astonished if it was enough better to enable thrust-wing

@@decofox6789 Very cool. If I had that kind of wysiwyg control in the Aircraft Editor, I could be a virtual god. Oh well. One thing about 2024, in a recent preview they showed an electric taxi that had individually vectorable fans. Not exactly a powered rotating wing, but it's moving that direction.

@@aardque Yeah that's the sort of thing that's been giving me hope. As long as they prepared for rotating wing elements, we might be able to kludge together ornithopters, thrust wings, and all kinds of stuff. I'm very excited to get my hands on that SDK. In the meantime though, I do highly recommend Flyout if you like building kind of out-there aircraft in an environment that interprets them fairly realistically. Flyout isn't quite X-plane, but it feels pretty close, and most of the replicas I've built fly very close to their real-world numbers.
