We drove thru the Lake area on Saturday to see how full it is ,then north thru The Big W,and on across the state line,no evidence of any field work done,good for you guys
@leuenbergerdairy60382 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s getting more full! But yeah we are probably one of the very few in our area that have done anything. Only got to go about a day and a half before rain but got a lot more to do!

How quiet/loud is the series 3 2-135 inside the cab? I'm considering buying one and I'd really like to know
@leuenbergerdairy6038 Жыл бұрын
We use ours on the chisel plow and man it’s so quiet in there! Very nice cab!

Everybody is ready to get in the field. We are almost ready to go I have a few more parts to get before we can finish all the maintenance items this spring and with our super strong economy and government I'm sure I won't have to wait much longer for average parts to get here 🤣🤣🤣
@leuenbergerdairy60382 жыл бұрын
Yes we only got to go for 2 days not even full days tho. But that’s more than most people in our area. Yeah definitely shouldn’t have to wait to long 😉

How many days does it take you to prepare the fields and what's is the difference between tilling and plowing?
@leuenbergerdairy60382 жыл бұрын
Well that kinda depends. We usually chisel plow, then disc it twice to make a good seed bed. And tillage is just working the ground plowing falls under tillage there are just different types. But when you plow you normally are trying to incorporate the manure with the soil or stalks to decompose them. Discing breaks up big clumps and cuts up stalks. There are many different types that work the ground

Wow... The ol 135 seems to act like she's got her hands full with the little 7 shanker......
@leuenbergerdairy60382 жыл бұрын
Honestly she pulls it like a dream! No lack of power. Traction is the issue! She’ll lose traction before she ever looses power

@@leuenbergerdairy6038 I agree with Cody H. I pulled a Glencoe Soil-Saver of the same size up hill and down with a 94hp Case 970 (no duals) back in the day.

Why not run the 4WD on tillage?
@leuenbergerdairy60382 жыл бұрын
Used to but it gets hot sometimes. Radiator is to small we bumped up hp some and radiator is too small now so gets hot fast. 135 has bigger one and no problems!

Enough with the ridiculous nonsense music please,people watch these videos to see and hear vintage machines

It’s my video and I’ll do what I want with it. In more recent videos music is less.

Then don’t watch. It’s a very simple concept. I make the videos how I want and I like music in them. Thanks for watching!
