It's a dhalpourie wrapped goat roti and yes it's big. Hold it whole and bite lol. It have vege roti or meat. For meat you can put beef or chicken, or shrimp, lobster, . You can customize it eg they will have what you want in it and you may say chicken, potato, pumpkin , anchor mango, channa with pepper. Happy you enjoyed it

I am a Trini 🇹🇹and I have never clicked so fast in my life😂 As soon as he started eating, I said “flip de hat man” you need to do a song about Trinidad now😂 Now you need to try our pelau, doubles, bake and shark, phlourie, a Trini style Sunday Lunch, crab and dumplings aye😂 de list goes on and on😂 Btw I remember seeing a video of yours some time ago and Nigerian Chin Chin is similar to our Kurma here in Trinbago but we coat ours with a sugar syrup and mix it to get a sugary coat

when I was 22, my roomate Camille Maraj taught me (a boring Canadian caucasian) how to make Brown Stew Chicken curry. She had made it months before and offered me some. I had never eaten spicy food before that day. I thought I was going to die. She laughed at my desperation for water, milk, anything to stop the burning.
