Would love to see the numbers youre running to say you shouldnt pay off your mort...doesnt add up on my end. Use your HELOC to systematically attack your debts. You could have your mortgage paid in 5-7years and then could really put away a substantial amount and retire early!

That's a dangerous game. Works out on excel...but excel is a liar. When murphy shows up, that HELOC doesn't look as good.

The heloc is higher interest rate, and variable interest rate....makes no sense to use a HELOC to pay low interest mortgages...

payoff the car eventually, -2.125% return. safety net cash inflation is -2.2% YOY. invest 15-20k with a reputable handyman on refurbishing kitchen & bathroom areas if you confirm higher rents based off neighborhood comps.
