Question- why do you buy with bridging to pull money out rather than using mortgage without early redemption fees? Am I missing the point

I believe it’s a time issues. BTL mortgage meaning waiting (usually) 2 years before you can pull funds out, a bridging loan allows you more flexibility on pulling out early.

Do mortgages without early redemption fee's exist? Kind of defeats the point of a mortgage. Mortgage rates are low because they're meant to be long term.
