Thank you Brad. Don't we all harbour things that need to be let go off. This is so needed. Thank you.

Aha, remembering to love myself and feeling the love almost always lightens-up to laughter about myself. Thank you, Brad

this is so true "someday you'll gonna look back and say 'I can't believe That happened!" with anything that was devastating at the moment

So true. I accidentally burned my laptop screen recently with a candle and found it funny right away. Seeing the humorous side of something means to me I moved into a better frame of mind. BTW your video on changing the meaning has been life changing. I now apply it to everything before me and think maybe the Hanged Man in Tarot represents our little used ability to choose a different meaning. Thank you Brad for bringing these important things to our attention.

Another one of your tapping, out of the blue, prompted me to ask, "can I learn to laugh at my experience?" And then, you had this tapping available. Kudo's to you sir.

this meditation made me laugh out loud about embarassing mistakes I made in the past and release some shame around it! I also love the seriousness with which you brought this, it made it even more funny for me, thank you 😄

Thank you for this Brad. ❤️😊 I actually have been feeling embarrassed about something I did recently. At first I thought it was funny and then I started worrying that maybe my memory is failing me and I may be judged for it. This tapping was helpful. It helps me recognize how my tnought patterns change from being okay with something I did accidentally to becoming the judge of myself and feel bad about it.

Thank you Brad. I find that a humorous perspective is one of the most powerful ways to reframe a situation. I am planning to do this on a daily basis till I am no longer bothered about my past. Keeping a humor journal also helps a lot. I used to be dead scared(pun intended)of ghosts, but writing about them in a humorous way helped a lot in terms of being completely neutral towards them(not that I encounter them on a daily basis, LOL).. but the fear has diminished.

Hmm percolating on this more 🥰 And until that evolves, I will joyfully continue to laugh out loud and look silly, knowing the only Truth - it’s courageous to deeply embrace laughter and Joy! 🥰 🤓

Hi Brad, thank you for this video! I chose something I did a long time ago that I've felt very guilty about. I didn't really think I could laugh about it but I went along and tapped with you in your video. About 3/4 of the way through I realized that I felt guilty for a different reason than the one I've been harboring all these many years. It pinpointed the real issue and that clarity made me feel lighter. So thank you for that. Looking forward to the Nov 19th event in NYC!

This was healing for me and I type that through tears-I've laughed at something in the past as a way to survive, and whilst tapping to this I think I've released some of that guilt and shame, thank you 💕

Love this 💗. I was advised awhile back to look at my teenage years with humor instead of embarrassment. I was definitely rebellious 🙈😂. I am hoping this Tapping video will help me do this. Thank you for this message 🙏.
