I have been wearing my mask since 2020 when covid first hit. I work in retail and am around people everyday with every aliment you can think of, and will continue to wear my mask moving forward despite what people think or believe. It is not a cure all wearing the mask, but it makes me feel a bit more secure wearing than not.

Thank you Julie, This was exactly what I needed. I had the flu pretty bad. It took me almost 3 weeks to completely recover. Then suddenly I was getting sick again. My grandkids live with me and they are little germ carriers LOL. About ¼ way through this tapping I started yawning really big. For me, that is code for this is working. I feel great, thank you!
