Finally a realtor/host who doesn't immediately start showing homes over the budget. However, if my spouse went house shopping without me we'd have a situation. 😂 I really thought he was going to choose #2. Both #1&#2 are nice. #3 is not family friendly. There was no outdoor green space for children to play.

At this channel, we don't have the addresses of these houses, but the first two homes were in Studio City, which doesn't seem to be impacted. Unsure about the 3rd home, which is in Pasadena. Such a tragedy.
