I think having a good location was mentioned concerning no 2. No 3 if updated would have made a beautiful abode. It was the lowest in price but I think I will go with number 3 because of the turnkey nature and country side feel to it.

PV has a whole lot more to offer than those three poor examples. I hope they didn't pick any of them. That one in 'the lanes' (never heard it described like that in 40 years) has a horrible traffic problem on PV drive mornings and afternoons. Traffic jam!
