Elyse made a beautiful and perfect choice! The one thing I would do to lighten up the exterior would be to whitewash the brick. #1 was too dark and ornate and neighbors are too close. #2 negative was seeing the 3 car garage at the front of the house and also having one neighbor too close.

I hated house 1 (need upgrading/it was too dark). House 2 was my favorite (move-in ready and I love the private yard). House 3 was okay.

That home theater at 6:20 with the brown walls and black seating looks like a crime scene. . I can see it in a true-crime paperback with blood on the carpet and walls. Creepy!

The outside of the 2nd house is beautiful but i couldn't help but feel it was a bit boring for the creative energy of being a producer other than that loved it❤
