guys for the frq ik it seems hella complicated but they use big words we never learn to throw you off a lot of the times the answers are legit in the question just ignore the big words but note what they do and read the questions and instructions througly. @@colesteinmetz The free response is easily the easiest part of the test I find. There is plenty of sample FRQs on Collegeboard, when it comes to multiple choice material for AP Bio there just isn’t as much as the FRQ. FRQ is something you can basically circle around too if you aren’t quite sure on the answer, the grading criteria isn’t super harsh on them considering they accept a wide variety of answers/there is more points sometimes than they say. For example, you can get a max of 10 points per question, but there could be 12 available. Aka you can still get marks off on your FRQ but still get a perfect 10 due to way it is scored.

If it's not in the CED, it won't be directly tested on the exam. There is a chance there will be a question related to the cytoskeleton, but all the information you'd need to answer it should be from the material in the CED.

If you have a choice, you might want to pick in-person, but make sure you make a choice that's best for you. They are mostly the same, but on the digital version, you won't be able to go back and forth in-between questions. There also won't be any drawing or graph-creation on the digital exam. don't worry i took it on the 14th and the frq is way easier than you think. mainly common sense. same for mc. you do have to know a few things but even a seventh grade science student can answer most of it. they don't ask anything specific so just try to know the overall thing of stuff.

@@poke9768 for us the frq was mainly unit 7 and 8. like evolution and natural selection. mainly common sense of course. you don't need to know too much in depth. i think it is or is about to be released so look at that. there is a lot of useless reading in multiple choice so skim through it if you can. not for all quesitions though. most of the questions in multiple choice are just them giving you a graph or some sort of experiment and asking you questions on it. there's like one chi squared and standard deviation quesition, just know the rules for those and follow the formula. for photosynthesis and cellular respiration don't need to know all the processes just know what comes in and out and what is used. there are questions about meiosis and mitosis so know the processes. don't need to know what prophase, metaphase and stuff like that is but know what g1 s g2 and mitosis does and the order. there's a little bit about heredity and what the outcome would be about a certain situation. the rest is common sense. of course yours is online so don't rush the mc because you can't go back. (pretty sure you already know that)

They've removed the camera requirement, but technically you're not supposed to use outside resources on the digital exam. Supposedly there are lots of anti-plagiarism checkers in place, and questions are being made to be non-googleable on the exam.
