This is a law extracted from the story of Ruth the Moabite who was pushed away 3 times by her Jrwish mother in law Naomi. Interesting stories! I was raised with a connection to the Episcopal church but really mostly secular, and Christianity didn’t particularly appeal to me. As a child of about 11 years of age I asked a Jewish friend if I could attend services with them. They agreed, but it turned out to be only Hebrew school which wasn’t what I was interested in, but anyway…. Like for example of scientific error in Old Testament in the 1st book i.e. Genisis 1st chapter verse 16 16 God made two great lights the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. Allaho Akbar... may Allah guide more people to the right path. just one thing to mention: so many muslims think only imam /shykh/dai/scholar is able to give shahada, you will see people delay someone's shahada and telling them I will take you to the masjid . or wait till friday we will go to the masjid so an imam will give you shahada... , Remember: In islam we all have an access, a direct connection to Allah The One and Only Creator! so just say the shahada and let them repeat as soon when they are ready, there is no anywhere in Quran or hadith that says only the muslim leaders will give shahada. and btw you are losing great rewards and you are delaying that person to start living halal way.
