As a suggestion for a riverside district in the future: In Toyko there is a district called 御茶ノ水(Ochanomizu) and it literally translates as Teawater. In the Edo-Period it was where the Shogun got his water from because it was very good for making tea.

I really like how many trees you put into Teaport! That was one thing I felt was missing in TeaVille sometimes, just some trees between big roads and other areas. I also like that you incorporate night time fly overs. I know you keep the game on daylight for recording reasons, but I think cities look so amazing in these nighttime views. Maybe you can add something like that at the end of every major build up you do, just give an overview of how Teaport now looks and show us the nighttime view as well when you do.

@Biffa Regarding your fire problem: If you use the "move it!" mod to copy your trees and paste them somewhere else, you will always create a hidden tree under any obstruction (buildings or roads) which is still capable to burn and spread the fire. This will make your fires spread instantly to large areas. My recommendation would be to delete all trees and foliage and use the "tree brush" to paint them back in after you placed all the buildings and roads. The brush tool will not put hidden trees under your buildings or roads. Just move a building and you will see the hidden trees once again. Or use the "move it!" mod and they will be highlighted. If you want to see an entire neighborhood go down in flames, just copy trees all over the place. :)

I think you should utilize buses a bit in Teaport. A suggestion is running a dedicated festival bus line, I think that would be cool. Also, renaming the different buildings like the bakery, flour mill and eventually train station (including cargo) would be pretty cool. I use it in my city to see where my cargo and passengers are going easially :)

Loving the old modem sound at 30:50! What if the festival park has a loop track (instead of a T with dead ends) so cars can leave people and go to the parking?

There should be a motorway mod where if the traffic is red it reduces the speed and restricts merging like real motorways

I watched your real time series and you had a festival area there. You put the prices for all artists all the way up and then they got popular. So you should raise the prices again 😊 I love the series!

Seing you build the concert area got me thinking. I havent looked in the workshop yet. But it would be brilliant with some invisible zonable walking paths instead of “ugly” roads where the concert areas could be connected to.

You could make a larger festival area by adding some tents and camping spots, and some food trucks/stands, toilets and all. And I guess there will be some more assets in the shop that could be added, like beer stands, dixi toilets, rubbish, first aid tents etc.
