Great Video, I enjoy seeing how others do things, what they are using, how they attach or transport their gear and constantly look for little things within others systems I like and then try to incorporate or test them out for myself to really fine tune my set up. I luv these type of videos!!! Maybe I use your method maybe I don’t but for sure I pick out something from most peoples gear setup videos that I use in my setup. The most important thing is to not go with what your told you need to do you gotta go with what works BEST for you!!! Your body size, arm length and way you hunt will dictate the best way to make your setup work for you. This next to what type of bow fits you best is the most important thing!!!!

Don't worry about what other people think Josh. I hunt differently than you do and I use a different brand bow and equipment than you do and i could care less. It's still interesting for me to see how other people do things. I like your safety harness setup. Don't forget to take us along when scouting. Always enjoy that as well.

I always get a kick out of other people telling me what I should do or wear or use. I am not the same size as you. I am not the same girth as you. I dont have the same likes and dislikes as you. I Love that there are choices for everyone. I like this and that and you like something different. Well good for you, be glad we have choices. People shouldnt argue about the small things be glad we have hunting and have choices of gear and ways to hunt. People in this country are so blinded with their own stupidity.

Honestly the reason I have a tendency to speak about gear, is because where I expect my stand to be safe and secure and not have parts bending/becoming deformed just by testing in my yard, some companies really don’t care. The money we spend on these products, I expect “perfection,” as you called it in your video. But I agree 100%. Some things I am concerned about or look at… other people could care less. I get it truly I do… but as for the arguing about it all, I get it and I agree. It’s something that doesn’t need to happen. People worry too much about the “other hunter” and what they’re doing. People just need to hunt their hunt and shoot the deer they want to shoot.

another thing to note with the harness you're wearing, is that it's attached to your waist. You're not falling as far since it's not attached to you between your shoulders. Also.. most falls happen while you're climbing or when going from sticks to stand.. so you're facing the tree... much better in most cases in case of a fall.

I bought the sticks last year and love them. Plan on getting the stand this year. I know y’all sell stands etc but I think the saddle is a good tool to have in your tool box. Especially for running and gunning.

I wonder what the indians used for THOUSANDS of years to kill wild game?? Treestands? Tree saddles? Box blinds over manicured food plots? Crossbows? Compound bows? Maybe custom rifles with zeiss scopes? Hahahaha! We ALL tend to overcomplicate the subject, myself included. Hey Josh, you should have Dan watch Cameron Hanes bear hunt he put out yesterday. Now you can tell these bears seem pretty tame I'd just like to see what Dan takes out of the video. P.s I love the beast gear. People think their way is the best not what is BEST for the individual, for instance I use my hawk helium sticks because I have a pack that makes them dissappear. That's what works for me. I don't use a saddle or a stand most times tho I have them. I get a kick out of just standing in the crotch of trees

Fall protection for industry requires you to tie off between the shoulders (in most applications). You have a much greater chance of getting hurt tying off at your waste if you fall, like breaking your back. Waste tie off points are for positioning and fall limiters of under 2’. Just an FYI not safety Nancy on you.
