Matt, I’ve never seen you so determined!! Some parts of the home were quite exquisite. I love these those two fireplaces with the blue tile. They were absolutely beautiful. Thanks for being so kind to the wildlife. You really are a softy at heart!! 😂😂❤️❤️🤗🤗

We bought our house four years ago. Every bedroom had a sink in. That was the first thing that went in each bedroom. We’re still renovating now. This house is just gorgeous. With some TLC, and money, and hard work it could be amazing. Those curtains were probably handmade, and the fabrics were really expensive. They’d have cost an arm and a leg. I can’t get over how worn out it really is. Whoever owned this home may have had a Lamborghini, but they needed to spend some money on the home. I could see you doing a channel on design and decorating, and antiques. Every room you have an opinion on what is wrong and right. Well, if I ever win the lottery I’ll go and find the owners to this home and buy it. Gorgeous location, thank you 😊

Lovely house in a wonderful picturesque place. There are beautiful views up in Scotland from what I've seen. Good explore but missed Andy. Thanks for getting the hedgehog to safety xxx

Aww a hedgehog a beautiful owl..wow the Wildlife in that area is wonderful!! An that view omg!! SEALS! ❤ 2 links below for you Matt. Missing Andy on this one but I think you were as well. Loved this video. Thanks a million for taking the chances entering this one! TS 6:14 you mentioned perfume or men's cologne, it's oil incense on all the mantles. Proof your nervous lol you'd have spotted it if Andy was with. An what's a Lambo? TS 18:0 is a deer skull that I wish I had to hang on my wall after a good scenery painting was put across it 😉 Those creaky floors sound like my stairs. That's a floor that when you e lived there for a spell, you know exactly where not to step to wake others during a late night trip to the loo lol An those elephant curtains..lord have mercy!! They're top of the line ceap! I did like that blue cobalt color fireplace TS 28:59. 2 toilets upstairs TS 32:31 2 toilets, Matt you obviously dont come from a huge family lol This is also why we had 1-2 seater outhouse and another 3 seater in the 50s and 60s before we came up to date with indoor plumbing in 1971. Imagine a house of kids, 1 bathing and another beating on the door, HURRY UP I NEED TO POO!! an theres the reason for another toilet. Vatican.com has antique bathroom parts if anyones in need. An I'd say that TS 33:33 -3 faucet bathtub might have been an extra for a tap to a different water boiler an the other just wasnt hot enough or less water pressure and needed another to fill the tub, just a guess. TS 38:57 an artist dream area OMG I'd be in heaven in that room minus the bats but they wont hurt you unless you grab one the wrong way. I use to rescue the same ones each evening at the homeless mission before heading home cooking 3 meals a day for 10years. Theyd come in around dusk an I'd spend about an hour capturing them an putting them outside only to do it again lol The mission dates back to 1898 and 90% original yet. Once a Catholic Nunnery then Catholic school and whatever else it was and now the homeless mission. Btw it looks nothing like this inside now as its deteriorating with each year passing. The church to the right is falling apart, inside walls filled with sand for insulation are crumbling and roof caving in. It's got the original brass pipe organ sitting on a 2nd floor stage that's nearly impossible to get to worth a fortune and the missions UK owner refuses to have it removed and sold to fix up the mission. He makes me ill. Anyway heres a link to that www.homelessassistance.us/li/emmaus-mission-center Matt, you might have seen this before but still sharing. It's a fireplace page for the UK and gives dates and photos 😉 www.pinterest.com/pin/352266002098428374/

Absolutely fantastic explore Matt, you do truly go above and beyond, such a shame Andy wasn’t with you, Ido worry that when your on your own you might come a cropper but you are so resilient 👍🐾🥰 I, like you, imagine, who, what and when with these old buildings, who are we walking n the same step as, what were they up to ? When was “ whoever” there , such a beautiful place, well done Matt, from Granny Linda near Barnsley 🐾🥰🐾🤮🐾🥰🐾🥰

At 24:26 just as you were mentioning about the noises behind you that had you on edge, you stepped on that one spot of the floor that has the extremely loud creaky floorboards....well as you stepped on it and it made it’s horrifying noise...you scared the 💩 crap out of me! It ended up being a jump scare because I wasn’t expecting that horrid noise!!! So far it’s a great exploration! 🥰💖💖💖

Absolutely beautiful. I always wonder about the people who have past through places like that. Who were they? What's their story. And what it be like to live there, waking up on a beautiful morning, sitting at the window, drinking coffee, looking out over that view. Then get a sudden anxiety attack bc I can't afford the upkeep of the place and go crazy. (That was a short lived dream 😆) Please go back I need to know what's on top of the hill now 😶

room #9 looks like it was platerboarded out...probably over the top of the original features like the bell caller. Also, the numbers will represent 'guest bedrooms' I would've thought. Near the end when you went to the Keepers Cottage, you looked inside a window. Are you sure what you saw was the shadow of the door on the inside? The reason I'm asking is because the shadow wasn't straight the way a door shadow would be. Here are Three good pieces of advice. First. Wear Jeans. That will protect your Legs. Second. Buy a Ski Mask. That covers your whole had and Face except the eyes. Three. Buy a Swimmers Face Mask. That covers your eyes. That will protect you from Midges. Gloves would also be an idea to protect your hands.
