I know! I'm slightly confused,😂 if he's being cute by pretending that's just his tenant-- who may actually really pay rent --or if that's his boyfriend? Who actually goes along, as a defacto transient tenant, with a landlord buying property? that's weird, and I don't trust it. why can't you just say this is his boyfriend?he might be private or ashamed.

I lived in an upside down house and loved it. The lounge was upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. It made sense because the view was from the lounge.
