What a great discovery ~ I love the juxtaposition of him finding the dagger from the 1600's and seeing the cell phone on the shelf! Well done!

OH MY GOSH THAT IS SO EXCITING!!! These episodes have gotten me through years of horrific pain from an accident. My dream is to go there one day and watch you all bring back history one artifact at a time. I have chills! Cool Beans!

New subscriber here, I wasn't even aware of ongoing excavations. My head has been buried in overseas digs. I remember what came out of the mine shaft inside the original walls was astounding. From the looks of it, you're still finding extremely well (no pun intended) preserved remnants of our nation's origin. By the way, I was waiting for the embarrassing part in the video, but there was none. All I saw was a rather stoic moment of discovery. You are a very professional team.

That would have been very valuable! It will never be known why these items wound up in the well, but it is so interesting!

Any thoughts as to why all this stuff ended up being thrown down the well?

Two questions ...Is this Jamestowne located in the United States or a Jamestowne over in Europe somewhere? and are these Wells actual water wells they dug and used back in the past or are these new archaeological digs called wells because they look like one?.....

Here is a dumb question..Did the owners of these items just toss them into the well? And if so why?

I know I've missed something. It isn't logical that they would throw anything made of any metal away. Why so many metal artifacts in the well!?!

A dagger. A hammer. A rapier. I saw a militay axe. A pistol. All these at the bottom of a well. It is almost as if someone (s) did not want these weapons to be found. Hmmmmmmmmm.
