hi ive been doing a bit of research and messing about with a microscope and found there is a lot more micro fine gold in the pan than you would expect also a lot of silver . so next time take some of that very fine black sand and put it under a microscope you will get a shock. sometimes that one speck is an indicator that there is a lot of micro gold barely visible to the eye . keep up the good work steve
@MrDazP1adv3ntures4 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree with what you are saying there Steve and that's why the big mining organisations will use processes to recover super fine gold that is locked within the host rocks around the world. As an enthusiast and gold panning hobbyist I guess we all need to find our own level of recovering gold to a certain size, otherwise it can get pretty serious when you are trying to gather specs up you can just about see. There are some rare formations of dendritic gold where the gold must have cooled down rapidly and is small in size but extremely beautiful with a frozen leaf type texture. Some examples can be found in the UK and are very small and rare.

@glendadalejones37534 жыл бұрын
MrDazP1 I see what your saying.entirely a choice for you,and of course possibility is always there...extra work,but I do get it because it’s two different methods of prospecting. I need to remember to look into the book you mentioned...I love my books,even if I can’t physically get out there... What ya think of this pandemic stuff.i think it’s coming again dazp. I’ve known several weeks,that there’s tens of thousands on second lockdown in villages outside Barcelona.and this stuff about flying from Spain was issued just two hours before the instigation of quarantine coming back from Spain,with them advising not to travel there. Because it’s going bad there see- and the news don’t show this. It is coming... get stocked and get out when you can. Did you know there’s a massive increase in people buying caravans versus renting now? One of the reasons being- don’t know who’s been sleeping in the bed before you... I’ve got good friends in the travel industry they are worried for their jobs and also getting to know the situation abroad with this horrible illness. I was also privy to information from the hospitals. They’ve said from the beginning they won’t be ventilating the obese.and funny enough they r now releasing some info that if your overweight,you will be hit hard by this illness.harder than a fit,healthy,healthy weight person. They’ve known for months what they r doing dazp,but we r not privy to this info... I stand by what I said at the beginning.im going to wear my mask,I’m treating it as airborne and will not bow down until a vaccine arrives....
@MrDazP1adv3ntures4 жыл бұрын
@@glendadalejones3753 Personally I wouldn't go on holiday abroad or fly somewhere. It's a first world problem where an ignorance is bliss approach may come back to bight you up the rear. Also I wouldn't like to think that when all the beaches up and down the country were packed with tens of thousands of people that they were the same people who were on full pay and had strong union members procrastinating about it being too unsafe for their members to return to work under the health and safety at work act or that they had to self isolate for personal reasons and then they went to such places. It beggars belief ! I have listened to a lot of the conspiracy theories too and with the power of social media today, everything sounds plausible. There always will be disinformation at times like this and more so a lot of contradictory guidance that is difficult to follow. So for me there has never been a better time to go right back to basics as I was told as a kid, and that's to look after number one. Protect yourself and your family and make the right choices at the right time.
@glendadalejones37534 жыл бұрын
MrDazP1 agree,there’s some right daft things going on like flocking at the beaches etc... There’s loads of conspiracies out there.and they draw you in persuasively. I am fortunate as an ex nurse that I can draw my own experiences of infection control (I was there for previous global viruse- bird and swine flu) . You are so right.back to basics and number one first,because there are plenty that’s destroying the rules,being selfish !! Am lucky enough to have friends working in the travel agency. And,for me I always think treat it as worst possible,as you can never be wrong being too careful ...plus at the beginning there’s was virtually no research evidence done.i still stand by my own ethic on this and the government confirms that by instigating new rules on masks.. there is some evidence to suggest the viral particles are too small for masks,but the particles ejected via coughing and sneezing released,are big enough to be stopped by a proper ffp3/n95 mask...0.08/0.8 microns to be precise.. I have to be careful because of asthma.im supposed to still be self isolating,from the government letter until aug 15/16 th... I’ve been on a mini ventilator due to a chest infection,that sent my asthma out of control... speaking of those,my cousins husband was among the first business tasked in uk to make these mini ventilators ,which is in wales. In short- being too careful is better. Dazp,where you go with your adventures and interests,there’s no problem there I would imagine. Nice to talk and get decent feedback .

@@glendadalejones3753 Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences there Glenda. I have worn a mask and gloves from day one whilst out shopping etc and having got over the initial anxiety of facing the unknown I grew with confidence after each trip out , having a shower, washing my clothes and staying at home after work etc. The questions I ask my self are: is it good luck that I haven't caught it or past it on to others (such as my parents ) or is it good practice both at work with my colleagues and whilst out in the community that I have maintained good health. My home town of Rochdale and other neighbouring towns all have high infection rates in certain areas of the community which is a worry. I am at a loss when as of Friday we have now been instructed to wear a mask when out in a local shop and yet for months this wasn't the case. I find it all a bit contradictory and frustrating as I have only recently started to do group cycle rides with the guys after months of avoiding social gatherings and we are now talking about a bigger second wave as Autumn approaches and more people are on the move again.

Can anyone comment on the rules and laws guiding new budding amateurs in this recreation? I'm finding conflicting info on what you can and can't do and where you can do it. Many thanks
